You have been on the run for a while now, but the exhaustion is catching up to you. You cannot keep running anymore and collapse in an elven village. Where the chief greets you nicely.

The hospitality of the elves is always something to be appreciated. Also the concept of certain races like elves, dwarves and humans taking inspiration from each other’s cultures sounds very cool.
Also realistic. Humans take inspiration from each other too after all

I like the caring tone in this one. Seems obvious, because you are presenting an elf that is caring for a decent human, but you'd be surprised! There are ASMRtists that don't do that because of inexperience or laziness. Made me feel cared for and flattered for the generosity of the character, especially because of the context (the whole "being at war" thing). Thanks for caring and thanks for delivering Lapide.

@@LapideVoice "Next to context", huh? Easy! Here:
1. Like I said before, sometimes these characters, despite being in medieval times (or a vampire in modern times) use English that is too modern. Like I ALSO said before, they do speak in an english more appropriate to the time they're living in, but that is not consistent throughout the work. This character in particular speaks AWESOME. Very immersive... until I hear stuff like "it makes stuff happen", "it's okay" "are you okay?" "that is awesome". She can indeed speak like an elf, but sometimes she says stuff like that which is confusing.
2. You stumble sometimes, but that's okay! You see... "next to context", as you put it, you stumbling is particularly severe (dontfreakout) because we are being pretty much pampered by an elf in this context. What do I mean? Lapide, you did a fantastic job at transmitting feelings of warmth and care. I really felt cared for and loved by this elf! And this is especially heartwarming when you consider that elves and humans are currently at war. Also, keep the soft laughter she makes (laughing with her throat), because it makes her fancier. However, when the listener is drooling because of this, they encounter the line in which you stumbled, which breaks immersion just a little bit. Thankfully, you only stumbled ONCE! You stumbled in 2:17 when you said "can you gommmmm get me some clothes?". Side note: very rarely this elf shows awkwardness, and that is NOT a bad thing! Quite the contrary! The fact that a human is making a powerful and wise elf nervous is wholesome as heck, but you struck the balance, because it's very rare.
3. The sound effects are loud sometimes. This time it was the demonic whispers at the start of the video. SCARY! I don't know if this was intentional (maybe it was the spirits rather than the other elves? regardless, they are loud). AND the door opening. That was loud too.
Other than that, this was very cool!
An elf! Gotta love our long lived friends.
Our species seem to have been at war for a long while, with neither side being able to trust the other. It’s a shame. We are strongest united.

Honestly would be interesting if reason the spirits are so trusting of us is because the listener knows how to use magic be that well or not very well also could give reason why listener is even here in the first place.
