    Yes, Sierra-Cars has similar models (starting at $32,000.00!!!), Jimbo Slice has his version, Cars and cameras and several others are out there that are similar and interesting to watch. But, nobody and I repeat NOBODY on the internet comes close to your instruction, lesson plans, layout and all around knowledge and absolute perfection (ON A BUDGET) Great work and I hope to have the money to do this in the next year or two. When I do, I will only need to go to one place and that's right here. Thank you so much for taking your valuable time to teach us so much. Thank you for your service to our country.

    If u had been flying from 80-86 I may have been your Crew Chief. I have built a jig from my 250 R quad and built an aluminum framed R6 powered flat track quad with yet was so impressed with your design that I just bought a set of plans. Nice job explaining the build to novices as well. Oh and yes we won several season points championships flat tracking and ice racing my quad. But as they say - with age comes a cage!

    For sure we appreciate what you're doing brother! The sense of comradery that I feel watching your vids it just takes me back to technical school! You probably know what I mean, since you've served. Watching this vids really made me get of my couch and start the winter project! Cheers and thanks for your service!

      Thank you so much! I’m a military instructor for my job so it’s pretty natural to talk that way. I love that this motivates people to build; I love seeing all the builds and creativity behind them. And BTW still serving after 22 years 🦾. Thank you for your service too brother.

    I really enjoy the whole engineering & simple this buggy is. I'm definitely going to build one after my 48 chevy build

    • @KJRaycing
      @KJRaycing  Před 3 lety +3

      When i was designing it simplicity was a major factor. I have basic affordable garage tools (besides the bender and notcher) and wanted this to be approachable by garage builders like myself. Thank you.

    Yes it is very awesome! I'm very happy that you're doing this because I've been looking for a while now and then it was like one day two people on CZcams just pop up building these awesome machine. You and one other guy are doing a really awesome job! Thank you for your service. I always loved the Air Force and I still can't figure out why I chose the Army National Guard.

      Well thank you for your service too. I served 8 years in the Army guard as a 13F, they deployed me with the Air Force and i saw the light 😎

      Jimbo slice and i actually kind of know each other, we met on a facebook group minibuggy.net. It used to be a forum i belonged to for over 10 years. If thats who you are talking about anyway. If not his channel it’s jimbo slice xd.

    I saw a set ment for vw buggys on ebay for 300$ but the quality and how clean this looks is amazing.
    One more question. why is it all hydrolic? why not cable throttle and/or clutch?

    • @KJRaycing
      @KJRaycing  Před měsícem +1

      I ended up switching back to cable because the chinese slave cylinder needed replaced once a year. Hydraulic lines make the pedals easier to adjust and have built it stops and pressure for feel.

    Very interesting. What was the total cost for the pedal assy and MCs? $700 ?

    • @KJRaycing
      @KJRaycing  Před 3 lety +1

      Too much. It's a huge part of the budget. Wish I could fab my own or find a less expensive alternative, but it just works so well.
