Arlecchino is referred to as “Father” because the previous Fourth Harbinger used to be a man and he ran the House of the Hearth if I recall correctly. It’s just a title honestly, it’s similar to how Wriothesley is referred to as “Duke”.

Arlecchiino was also a member of the House of the Hearth. During her time the previous Knave who ran the house called herself mother. She did not love her children and made them fight blood battles other wise would send them to the doctor for experiments. Arlecchiino did not like her and defeated her. She is called Father as she doesn't want to be called mother as she doesn't want to be like mother(aka the previous knave)
