It’s outrageous, they’re so quick to raise up the prices, but look how many backlogs AOS they have, why not approve the people who’ve been waiting so long. If trump get back in, I’m sorry for immigrants!!! The adjustment of status will be worse than how it is now!!!
If they're increasing fees then speed up all the backlog AOS cases.

Hi McBean can you simplify INA section 316(a) for me as it affects early filing for Naturalization. Does it mean that a person having met the eligibility of Age, but have been a permanent resident for 4 years, 9 months and 10 days and did not travel out of the US within the period. Can he apply for Naturalization according to the ACT?

Hi, thx a lot for these videos! I have paid for and had my biometric fingerprints taken before the temporary green card. Should I pay again for biometrics for the i-751? Also, the USCIS website recommends paying the filing fee and biometrics with separate checks, from my understanding. What do you recommend from your experience? I'm filing the i-751. Thx in advance.
