This home feels very American.
It’s a good change from the 2 million dollar London flats that look like rundown townhouses on the exterior.
At this price point it should be Miele or some high end German kitchen appliances.
Problem is all my friends and family are in London, nobody is going to drive 2 hours to visit me very often :(

nice property, but for 5.7m you don't have a gas hob cooker? with that beast of a kitchen....no way would I put in an electric hob cooker.(electric stove usually for high-rise apartments)

The grey color is used too often.
Loved the entrance hall and that amazing staircase. The whole property was well proportioned and loved it but you never really finished the tour. No boot room garages and gardens.😒

In the uk, where this is, that is known as an _American style fridge freezer_ that just means a fridge with double doors.
So your quite correct, it’s not an American refrigerator as it is in Great Britain, it has a British plug, it’s a British fridge in a design that’s known as an American style fridge freezer.

If i bought this house, I would have to repaint the whole thing ! I can’t stand this taupe color. Otherwise, great house, very fonctionnal.

I do wish people would stop fitting out older buildings like this with chrome and marble - it just ends up looking cheap and gives these houses an American mass produced suburbia feel.
Also the streamlined “modern” new money aesthetic totally strips them of their character & makes them look superficial and boring.

In comparison to other luxury homes in Buckinghamshire on these kind of channels this is massively overpriced. The house looks like it’s crammed in to a small lot with other properties very near. Not enough land for that kind of money. The finish doesn’t look very special either.
The building is fine, but the colours. All greys and whites, like a hospital. Maybe the latest fad, but that doesn't make it any more attractive.

Hugely overpriced! You didn’t show the garden because from the trees behind the house I guess it has no garden or has a tiny one. Beaconsfield has far better and huge properties than this one for 2/3 of the price.
