In Pakistan ask for Dhobi (Urdu for washerman). He will charge you a very reasonable price. There is one located in every "Market" (in every sub-sector in Islamabad), not in "Markaz" like Jinnah Super in F7, Super in F6 etc.

Normally the charges should've been max $5 usd. I think because u guys are foreigners, yhey were trying to hustle u. But dry cleaners are generally costly compare to the washers. Ask for "Dhobi" for next time. Ask them "kapray wash karne wala dhobi kahan milega". Hope that helps.
Yes we don’t mind the hussle maybe double it $10 probably a little expensive but we would of probably paid it. But can honestly say in the 60 countries I’ve visited I’ve never been charged that for a bag of washing 😂
