Hi which setting are you trying to set up or find on the router webpage
Most of these settings remain the same for all routers however they might be placed in a different path or may have renamed to some other format

My menu does not show the Channel width and channel settings, on main page they are auto and on 1:15 there is nothing to be changed, there are no settngs. How do I change this ????
For some mad reason my 5ghz is set to channel 36 and I need to change this !!
I have the same problem. Did you figured it out how to change the channel? It is still loading and nothing happens.

@@lfalqueto Hi Leo I solved my problem by "updating" it to a previous version. Beware this is at own risk !
Once it was updated to previous version , it showed the options for channels ! Remember to remove auto-update if you want to keep it like this.
Later I was brave enough to let it auto update to newest, and behold! it kept the channels section. I always thought if it removed the channels I could always "update" to older version again.
I don't know how much you know of firmwareupdates, there is always the risk of bricking your device if something goes wrong. So always make 200% sure you have the right model number and correct version for your country / part of world. I wish you good luck !
I found out how to set up the channel. There is an option at the top of the same page of the wireless configuration to automatically change how your mobile phone will connect to the wifi. Just turn this off.

I don't have any drop-down options to change the channels like in the video. All guides I have read have said just go in and change, but i don't have that option. it is just fixed with no way for me to change it? anyone have any ideas?

Found the solution, after searching a few dozen sites/forums I found someone's comment to download the app. Did that and was able to change what I needed. Really quite surprised that the web interface is barely functional.

Me neither. Used to have access to name 2.4 and 5g but can't find that option anymore. This video does not show what my options are.

Second go to advanced-> wireless-> wireless settings ~ channel option will be visible

The website won’t even let me get past the password phase 😑 I’ve tried typing in “admin”, “password”, and the WiFi password that came with my router. All options have failed and I was notified that I only have three more attempts to get the password. If I’m not able to manage my settings, I’m returning this router tomorrow morning.
Hi if you havnt returned the router yet" all you need to do is reset the router to its factory settings which is Both,
admin for username and password make sure to use lowercase But you first need to press and hold the little back button at the back or side of you're router depending which model you have just press and hold that button untill all lights go off then release you're finger
After the green lights come on go to the webpage and try loggin in using admin

I bought 5 AC1200 M4 routers. And for what? You don't even allow to change channels for any band!! Customers have been asking on official forums for more than 5 years now and they don't even bother to answer. The app automatically selects the WORST and most CONGESTED channels possible ruining the whole experience...shame. Never again buying your products...
I need help, the password doesn't work, i've tried to input it several times and it doesn't work, i've tried resetting the router, but nothing seems to work.
The password can be "password" or "admin" try both of them
SlicePie I’ve tried both and neither have worked. How the hell can I have a “local password” if I’ve never used the router before? I tried using the WiFi password that came with the router but no luck
