I like to PvP, and PvE. Usually wearing an Exo Suit nowadays. Unlocking it is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, I'm not fussed. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, it's great. Sometimes play MTS, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that's what I do, giving you the latest on events, small tribes, maybe even fast flyers and primitive plus, usually covering all maps from Island to Genesis Part 2. And one day. ARK 2!

Brood is definitely a ton tougher now! I got her on alpha with 21K health/1500 melee theris, ~60 saddles, and 5 cakes a piece.
really? we literally sit and.farm small spiders for chitin on official pvp with 9 wild tamed megas leveled only in hp I thought they Made it easy mode

I did alpha brood with 6 megatheriums (couldnt find more saddles or blueprint), 1 daeodon, 1 yuty on auto courage mode and rest rexes and it went down fairly easily.

With group commands, you would load up with a ton of small but tough cave-traversable tames, like a bear or wolves-your call. Then, you toggle using whistle commands between the different behavior types. On meat runs, I use a ton of small tames, all set to aggressive, following the animal I am riding, which is set to passive. The animals set to aggressive follow the animal set to passive. You can mount and dismount your animal, and it will not attack or run off. The rest of the pack does all the killing, and after a short time, you have more hide, meat, and chitin.

I failed alpha brood a few days ago! Rebuilding the Rex army for it as with ASC saddles and the Hp/mel we will smash it easier than breeding up megas
I stopped using megs also rexes so much easier to deal with
glad he finally got them to actually surround the brood. it was painful watching him just whistle attack and hope 😭😭

Coldcuppa and ding dong went fucking insane
For me best way to farm stone and metal was by using Dunkleosteus on the beach near easy underwater cave right bellow winter biome. Did about 3 trips there and got about 15k stone and 5k metal. I have it as water paddock so i just farm stuff inside paddock and got tons of stuff. If only i still had my water tames. Teleported from there and saw long red text. Hate that bug, needs to be fixed. Same happened to Rass. Imagine getting that new submarine tame on Center map just to get it killed by this bug a minute later. That bug kills every water creature in render distance.
Try it in red ob I get 9-10k metal a trip if u drop all the stone

Alpha Broodmother is tough as hell,you need at least a dozen rexes focused on weight plus a pair of spinos focused on weight too.
Don't forget to eat a focal chili before u start crafting with your bonus!!
Just ran it with our trash theiz with only 690melee 15k health and got smashed only 60 armor saddles tho

Kinda confused why you didnt mind wipe put all points into crafting and use a cheaper saddle bp to craft. Higher chance of crafting max armor saddles if you max craft a jm saddle bp. You can max waaay more saddle.
The BP he was using was way above armor cap so it was worth it

Watching raas making saddles over 200 armor is saddening, all ark players knowing saddles cap at 124 on most dinos and certain down to 99 and few at 59, feels kinda off watching it.

As long as you keep your tames away from the ledge, he's pretty easy. It's a very depressing moment to lose to him cuz your rexes walked off the map...

@dakotahyer2946 nice! Yeah I typically try to hug that left hand border wall but you've gotta be somewhat quick too. Ik in ASE if you wait too long the megapithicus will come to you. Which is what caused my rexes to fall off the ledge cuz they didn't have room lol
