Honestly good job man. First video I've seen but maybe ya should do some tutorial videos and advertise them....the playerbase desperately needs them....
@@af_nighthawk7400 While yeah most don't go into detail on things such as bfm. Like corner speeds, turn rate, or even just basics. I've toight idk how many people some basics and then later get into more detail, but no one else really does that which leads to some fights where no one keeps any energy since they don't truly know what energy is. Now personally I learned from a Weapon School Pilot from an old game called Falcon (nice video if you haven't seen it is called "Art of the Kill" which is the same video I learned from if you're interested), but other people just go to DEFYN or anyone else who doesn't go into nearly as much detail on just some of the basics.
Yeah that is true, most tutorials tend to generalize the use of different planes. I would probably only be okay with making F-14 specific guide because I enjoy it and fly it the most. When it came out I scrapped all my Sim keybinds and binded new ones lol just to fight with it more efficiently
@@jonasdroege9608 That just directly translates to distance in WT tho. I do wonder if older weaker radars show farther than newer more powerful ones from the same distance
Imagine how cool warthunder would be if its community was sane and it matchmaking was fair
Dcs at home:
Yup lol
dcs actually has less realistic radar mechanics. go figure
Warthunder sim is so much more fun than DCS.
@@scylex4773 Didnt know.
@@jedinight235 Depends if you like realism or not

Thanks, there's definitely good tutorials out there already, I say the last tutorial vid from DEFYN is a pretty good one.

Hi, do you play stick or mouse and keyboard?

@@af_nighthawk7400 thanks for the response!
And you thought all of that in 20 sec?
Yeah 👍 but it's not like you sound it out, just do
@@af_nighthawk7400 The RWR doesn't show distance it only shows the strength of the radar so closer to center=stronger radar contact
