Here's an explanation: When streaky pork is heated rapidly in a microwave, the fat and moisture content within the meat can quickly vaporize, creating pockets of steam. If the pork is cut, these pockets can become trapped within the meat, building pressure until they burst, causing the meat to "explode." Maybe it's because when the pork is cut it has higher surface area and thus it heats up more which caused the water to heat up and explode (idk just my theory)
My Theory :
It explode because when the steaked pork was cut into pieces and the amount of heat is high so when each pork is cut and you cut alot their temperature will erupt cause heat + heat = explosion.

To me, the fat and moisture makes pockets of steam. When it's cut, it can be trapped, ending up with a *Boom*. This is opposite to boiled eggs though. If you wanna cook boiled eggs from the fridge, I recommend cutting it into slices. If you don't just like the boiled egg video, it'll explode.
