I woke up with a sore throat, so I didn't do the best impression, but this is probably the easiest method to doing the girl voice. There are a lot better tutorials out there; but this was the most consistent explanation of how I learned how to do the voice.
I've created a follow up video to this that goes over these steps, but much more in depth!
