- Buckle up doston! today I have a crazy machine for you from the year 1970!
This raw monster produces 40Hp and has a top speed of 170KMPH which is considering it's age it can really give a tough competition to most of our modern-day motorcycles!
We are talking about the Yamaha RD350! and thanks to my friend! / alienracer007 for giving me the opportunity to make a video of his motorcycle!

Tuning is not good,also it came to india thro Escorts in 1982 Sept or Oct. 1970 it was launched in Japan only , the label made in Japan was only for the first few months since it came in as CKD,. Import duty was very high.

Totally air-cooled 73 - 79 later one were the RD400, then they became the RD350LC liquid cooled. The one you are covering is an air cooled RD 350 Rajdoot, Indian variant from 1983 onwards. You might want to get the bike checked, timing is out, tuning is running rich, the heads need a clean, so do the baffles, clutch is slipping
Hey Bro! Thanks! I know! it was a slip of tongue and I did mention it's air cooled once but the other time I just got carried away. Also you can see in my comment section(the pinned comment) where I have tried to correct my mistake.

He did tell me though that the bike needs to be checked for it's timing. But anyways than you again for your precious inputs. Much love!😁
@AmgK Sorry I didn't pick that. As soon as I heard it, I thought my brain melted, lol 😅 all good. Looks good, tuning & timing is a world of performance difference, particularly on the RD's.
Nonsense, get your facts right. 1973 was first rd350 and they are air cooled. I couldn’t go past 1.47 seconds.
My friend you would have got passed 1.47second if you had just read the first pinned comment before commenting. It is an error from my end I know that.
