I've done a similar combo before. Just make sure colors you choose balance well.
You’re absolutely right, everyone needs at least one Harrington jacket. I wouldn’t recommend a black one as your first Harrington, but I get you’re quite younger than me. I have a black one myself, but it was the fourth Harrington I bought.
Black is not a very versatile colour, I would recommend a blue, green or brown one as your first Harrington, it’s just much easier to combine with a classic wardrobe.
Barracuta is still “the Harrington”, even though they are quite expensive. If you’re from the UK, please take a look at PRIVATE WHITE VC, they are handmade In Manchester using their famous VENTILE R. They are 100% waterproof and really beautifully, well-made items. Oh, and you should definitely buy them when they are on sale …
And last but not least, let’s not forget Fred Perry when it comes to Harrington jackets.
I love harrington jackets and you nailed it with all of the fits in this video! Great to see that you showed it dressed up for more formal settings, but also with some joggers and a t-shirt too. I also can appreciate that black dial Citizen watch -- great stuff!

@@EricTMeraki I got lucky and picked up the black harrington and navy bomber jacket from uniqlo sales each was £10 UK. That was a steal. Had to visit three different stores for the bomber though.

really like this Harrington jacket. Uniqlo changed their design for their 2020 version and got rid of the ribbing on the hem and cuffs. I wish they would bring that back.

Is it good to style a harrington jacket with a hoodie? (hoodie in the inner layer and harrington jacket for the outer layer for your outfit)
It could work. I've done it before.
what is the material of harrington? i have one with baby canvas fabric, is it common material to use for harrington?
It will vary but expect some percentage of polyester in it.
Unrelated question; what jacket best for office wear?? I don't want to look too informal yet coats are like overkill... Hmm
Besides a Harrington jacket? Lol well back when before I was wfh I usually either wore my Harrington or my Michael Kors racer jacket. I recently got into shirt jackets as well and realize they could work well in office environments too.
