I don't think Allen's stock rose that much considering most people think Curtis did enough to edge it.
Curtis took the fight on 3 weeks notice and Allen arguably lost. Nothing about this performance makes his stock go up. He fought terribly.
Eh - months from now people will look at the record and only see the "win". Curtis is a tough out for anyone IMO and I almost bet on Curtis as an underdog but I went with Allen as part of my parlay and I almost lost my shit lol.

Cmon , yall are tripping , Curtis and Strickland LIVE in the gym the short notice never mattered , Curtis went into this with a 95 % takedown defense and Allen cut thru that like butter , super close fight but lets keep in mind this was a nightmare style matchup for Allen , Curtis has brick wall takedown defense , big power , and definitely a 5 round fighter , Allens strong suit isnt in the pocket , and thats where Curtis wants to be , I expected Allen to get TKOd late , I thought his striking looked really good for someone known as a base grappler , good step in elbows and great hooks and long shots that were even getting reactions out of Chris who has a granite chin , I could genuinely see it 3-2 either way
You cant tell me Allen doesnt have a good chance against Dricus with how Brunson was easily getting to dominant position on Dricus early before he gassed , you cant tell me he doesnt have a good shot against Khamzat late in the fight
Cant see how Allen's stock went up. Curtis arguably won that fight. Then Allen has the audacity to call out DDP after that dogshit performance. Dricus knocks him out in a minute
As I said, it's not about his stock with the fans I knew people would be critical of his win. It's the overall optics, he's now won 7 in a row. Who would your Top 3 stock risers be?

I dont think germaine will ever be good at takedown defense. She literally has no hips. Some of the skinniest legs i have seen in 135. Plus wrestling gets worse older you get. Linton vessel could do it for 1 round at age 40
