No comment on their after sales service as I am only given the chance to review their car. Maybe perhaps one day Proton can give us a tour on their after sales service so we can share it to the public

Depends on dealer la. There are some good underrated ones

No problem for me. Rattling sound on dashboard, SA asked me to bring the car for inspection and within 1 hour, settled.
Boot light not functioning, same thing, within 1/2 hour, settled. And so far no major issues.
