My wife was sunni but after listening to Ammar Nakshwani about 12 Imams life history she was interested into learning more about Ahly e Bayt. She researched more and more and was shocked that she never knew what she should have known. Alhumdulillah she is Shia now.

Imam al-kadhim (as) was the only true successor to Imam Ja'far as-sadiq (as) and not Isma'il or anyone else.
How many Racehorses did Imam Ismail own ?
How many Outstanding divorce cases of his were pending in British and French Courts ?

Please elaborate on his greatness ?
Hissam Ullah, There is no proof whatsoever that Ismail was ever appointed, except some quote from a late fatimid polemical which is hardly unbiased. There are no concrete hadiths that report the designation of Ismail. In regards to an Imam in occultation, then perhaps you should revisit your own history - The original Ismaili doctrine prior to the fatimid revolution was that there will be 7 Imams and that Muhammad bin Ismail will go into occultation and return as the Mahdi!

Of the four main Shia books of Hadith, Al-Kafi is considered the most reliable and authoratative. In it, we find the following Shia Hadith: "The Imams possess all the knowledge granted to the angels, prophets, and messengers." (Al-Kulaini, Al-Kafi, p.255) Another narration in Al-Kafi says: "Signs of the prophets are possessed by the Imams." (Al-Kafi, p.231)
Such claims lead to their punishment. When some people tried to create fitnah they were punished but now people are playing victims. If we live under khilafa and anyone claim such divinity he will be fligged no matter who he is?

Allamah Baqir Al-Majlisi says about the Imams: "Their preference [is] over the prophets and all the people." (Bihar Al-Anwar, Vol 26, Chapter 6) He further stated: "...our Imams are higher [and] better than the rest of the prophets...they are more knowledgeable than the prophets...this is the main opinion of the Imami (Shia), and is only rejected by one who is ignorant about the traditions." (Bihar Al-Anwar, Volume 26, p.297)

Spirituality in all faith is wonderful but what if a cartoonist in Norway draws a picture of Mohammed in a comical pose, does that mean he should be murdered? Do you know how many cartoons there are of Jesus? The fact that someone can express themselves freely makes the faith even more appealing and the respect for their religious leaders more profound and compassionate. I don't condone a religious people that can't handle criticism let alone sarcasm and respond with violence and hatred.

There is no harm in depicting real character of our Prophet but what they had depicted was not worthy to be connected with the prophet and they insulted his being and made character assissination of our prophet which is not tolerated
Even if tomorrow the same person depicted and made a character assissanation of Jesus p.u.h or great Lady Merry s.a then we will treated them the same bcz they r our Prophet and as per our ideology they r infalliable and the perfect humans

If you say African that doesn't mean anything. African is not a race. Ifriqqiya was also just a region in N. Africa. Was she Berber? Was she Greco-Roman? Even still, was she black like Musa or Ali? Was she Red like Nakshawani? Some Berbers were Himyarite Sinhajies and Kutamies. So they were Berberized Arabs.

In the case of the Shia Muslims, the Shia branch of Islam split and one branch of the Shia Muslims accepted the concept of the Imam in hiding, the invisible Imam, because the twelfth Imam disappeared as a very young child, and our branch of Shia Islam, in that particular generation of the family, accepted the legitimacy of the eldest son, Isma‘il, as being the appointed Imam to succeed and that is why they are known as Ismailis. And that branch of the family has continued today hereditarily and that is why there is a living Imam for the Ismaili Muslims.

Its forbidden in Islam to claim Khilafa/Imama in the presence of another Imam. So no one should have claimed Imamat when Khaleefa was there. So if anyone is killed or jailed deserved it.
who are you talking about? Are you saying Harun Rashid (la) was the rightful Imam and Imam Kadhim deserved his treatment?
@@mahdiali872 Yes that's what I said, if he really claimed imamat in the presence of a Imam/Khalifa. Its not me but Shria law permits to kill the one who claims Khilafa/imamat in the presence of another one. It was his nephew the son of Ismael who complained to Harun that Kazim is planning a rebillion which lead to his imprisonment.

How infallible was he, i mean he named his daughter Aicha. :) One thing is for certain: Imam Kazim has nothing to do with shiaism, he himself is a Sunni.
Seven Proofs demonstrate that the legitimate successor and true Imam after the Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq is Mawlānā Ismā‘īl ibn Ja‘far:
Proof #1: Imām Ja‘far designated Mawlānā Ismā‘īl as the next Imam by the rule of nass as per Twelver, Ismaili, Sunni and academic sources.
Proof #2: The only way to deny the nass of Mawlānā Isma‘il is through contradictory hadiths presented in later Twelver hadith books.
Proof #3: Isma‘il’s death before Imam Ja‘far is not confirmed and may have been staged to protect him - as he was reportedly seen by eyewitnesses after his alleged death.
Proof #4: Even if Isma‘il had died before his father, the Imamat continued in Isma‘il’s son, Muhammad ibn Isma‘il, whom Isma‘il had appointed as his own successor.
Proof #5: Earliest Shi‘i hadiths lack the mention of Twelve Imams but instead predict exactly the first eighteen Imams in the Isma‘ili lineage of Imamat.
Proof #6: With the exception of the Nizari Ismaili Imamat, all other Shi‘i Imamat lineages have hidden Imams. This contradicts the Qur’anic definition of Imamat which requires the Imam always be present and manifest (mubin) in the world.
Proof #7: Imam Shah Karim al-Husayni Aga Khan IV is the forty-ninth hereditary Imam of Shi‘i Islam in direct, documented, lineal descent from Mawlana Isma‘il ibn Ja‘far al-Sadiq. As the only present (hadir), manifest (mubin) and living (mawjud) hereditary Imam, with a documented and validated lineage, Imam Shah Karim al-Husayni’s very existence is itself confirmation of his Imamat and that of his ancestors.
