Why does everyone think this is a feminist issue? I’d rather be alone in the woods with my husband, or dad, or brother; but I’d rather be alone in the woods with a bear than a strange man. As a woman who has run into bears in the woods and been left alone, I have run into a man who hasn’t left me alone. We are able to assess the greater potential for danger even if both options are dangerous. All of these men laughing that a bear could easily overpower a woman forget that pretty much any man could overpower any woman as well. That’s why women think differently about this than men. A bear in the woods has potential for harm, but no intent on malice. A man in the woods has the potential for harm, but also the potential for intent of malice. They both have the ability to overpower a woman.
As someone who's been with both conservative and feminist women,I agree with you: this is not a feminist issue.Women across the board think like this nowadays.

@mrgoldplayz9133 bears attack for two reasons: to protect their cubs and to eat. Maybe a bear in captivity would kill for fun. Perhaps that's why men kill for fun, because they don't need any survival instincts.
No, but they attack when they are hungry, no matter how friendly you are or were to them, and you know the amount of food that is needed to keep a bear full? And more: once it is hungry, it can track you back just by the smell. You can't hide from it even in the dark, and it can also climb on a tree better then men. The fact that women choose the strongest predator to be chased by is a reason people don't trust them to make important decisions. They think with emotions, not logic in the majority of cases.
As a man, I'd rather be alone in the woods with a bear than with a woman too. One MIGHT try to end my life. The other will certainly attempt to ruin it forever and make me wish it was ended. Besides, its easier to fight a bear than a woman anyways.

It's all fun and games, until (like most inexperienced ppl) women come face to face with an actual bear, then they would wish for a (random, preferably more experienced) man to just appear and save them
When women say the bear they aren't kidding because they think they don't need men but its been proven several times that women need men, common sense tells us women REALLY need men. There was a survival show that had a group of men against a group of women stuck on a tropical island for a few weeks or something. The men had a fire immediately, constantly caught fish, built a boat, were having fun and laughing the entire time and it was organized and went smoothly. They almost had to pull the women off the island because they were near death. They couldn't start a fire, couldn't catch fish or get any food, couldn't purify their water without fire, they were all fighting and complaining the entire time and getting sick from drinking dirty water and fainting on the beach. At one point they tried to leave the beach to get back to camp and they ended up walking in a circle and ended up right back at the beach. So they decide to try it again and they walk in a circle AGAIN and for a second time are right back at the beach. The doctor wanted to pull them before their kidneys failed. Haha shit was funny but yeah, women could handle a bear. The survival show is proof that if a woman were alone in the woods she has a lot more to worry about than just the bear.
This is exactly why my Green beret/ army ranger Dad used to walk me in the woods, teach me skills, and make me find the way home. Refused to call me Princess, now as an adult, I am so grateful I am his little warrior, who respects men and values them.
Nobody is saying they'd prefer to be in the woods with the bear because the don't need men. They feel safer with the bear. Cheese and crackers man. Use your listening ears.
My home is in the woods. We have a large black bear making its home nearby. When I have to go outside at night you can bet I’d rather see that bear coming through the trees than a man I don’t know. The bear is supposed to be there, the man isn’t. I’ve run into bears several times in the woods, this is not uncommon. Yes, a bear could overpower me, but so could a man. Just because I don’t want to run into a strange man in the woods doesn’t mean I don’t need men. That’s a ridiculous conclusion to jump to.
This dude is why women would choose the bear. Mr. Fragile Nice Guy would follow women around the woods harassing them about how unsafe they are and demanding they accept his company.
She is just casually using the Bible to label all men are fools? Seems like that girl is taking the Bible out of context to support her sexist world view. Doesn’t seem very Christian to me.
Well, a bad man is easier to kill then a bad bear is. They are also easier to disable and get away from. Plus, if the man is one of those kindhearted, outdoors type of dude's, he can help you get away from the bear, avoid the bear, kill the bear, he might even show you how to cook the bear and use its coat for warmth. He can then help you find shelter directly afterwards; can a bear do that? Either way, I would rather deal with the man instead of the bear.

If it were reversed do you think the women would be humored? This is why I am happy to be 67 year old never married bachelor, I am not stuck with one of these feminist? 🤡👺🤡
It really can’t be reversed. A bear would be just as likely to attack or leave you alone as it would a woman. We’re on equal footing there. However, if you came upon a woman in the woods and she attacked you, more than likely you could overpower her. If a man attacked me in the woods, I could not overpower him. Here, we are not on equal footing. This isn’t about women being against men, it’s about assessing potential threats. A bear or man can overpower a women, both are unlikely to, only one has the potential to choose evil intent, but I can’t overpower either one. A bear can overpower a man, both are unlikely to, only one has the potential to choose evil intent, BUT you can overpower the woman. Acknowledging that men are inherently physically stronger than women is the opposite of being a feminist, it’s just reality.
@@KiKi-tf8rv Seeing men as inherently stronger than women isn't feminist. But either reducing or thinking of men primarily in terms of threat assessment is not only feminist but it's actually rooted in the most radical versions.
@@kevinscott59 It’s rooted in reality, not feminism. Any man we don’t know could be a threat even though most of them won’t be. I teach my little kids about stranger danger, that doesn’t mean we’re reducing all strangers to bad people. It’s why we lock our doors, why schools have metal detectors, why we arm ourselves, why we have security cameras. It’s not to offend the majority of people, but to protect ourselves against a small minority of bad people we may encounter.
@@KiKi-tf8rv I see. So if a petite woman has the choice between being alone in the woods with a bear or a larger, more powerful woman or a woman who strength trains you're choosing the bear right?
@@kevinscott59Yes! Exactly! Not everyone is going to choose bear, but many people are going to based on their experience. I live in the woods where there are black bears. They’re supposed to be there, humans aren’t. If I lived where there were polar bears, or if the question was a mountain lion vs. a human, I’d choose the human. But where I am, and my frame of reference, I’d choose the bear. The point of the question, though, is we don’t know these things, it’s ambiguous. It shows how different people will have different perspectives and make different choices based on their experiences, size, gender, age, assumptions, and location.
Hey I'm a guy. And if I had to choose weather I would rather be stuck in the woods with a bear or a radical feminist woman....I'm taking my chances with the bear 🐻
Okay. And most women, including feminists, won't make fun of you for that. Again YOU as A HUMAN BEING should have FREE BIASED CHOICE. Why are the rest of you men REFUSING WOMEN the same biased choice?
People forget the fact that if you leave the Bear alone, it will leave you alone. If you leave a man alone it can go three ways: 1. They are wondering why you are leaving them alone and the gears ⚙️ start turning due to insecurity. Could end badly. This is the 50/50 guy. 2. They are mad you are leaving them alone and berate you for leaving them alone and now the situation is hostile and they want to teach you a lesson for leaving them alone. This is the Macho Man. And 3. They are fascinated by the wilderness and completely ignore you because of the worms and bugs and trees and mushrooms and moss and rocks…boys love rocks. This is the softer man. So… what are the odds of being with the softer man? Not very likely, 1/3 chance. When a bear is a bear 100% of the time. This is the logic. Men can do better….will they tho?
Because it is stupid to leave a man while you are alone in a forest. The man, from his masculinity, feels that he has to make you live so that you do not get lost in a forest, and this is the instinct of a man who protects a woman, especially in these cases if you are in a forest, but if you are in the city, I am with you in this, you will encounter some Men get upset that you left him and other things.
@@fungione no, you're 100% right that I'd be mauled too. I can't outrun a bear. My point was, if a woman prefers to be in the presence of a bear, let her and don't try to help. Then she can't accuse you of anything you didn't do

At least you know what the bear wants… for you to go away, or to eat you. With a random man, you have no idea what he wants, and this goes the same way with a random woman. The bear is predictable, and you can plan how to avoid it, but you can’t predict and make a plan with a random human. It’s not a “feminist” stance, it just makes sense to go with the option where you have more knowledge.
I hope guys realize - we don’t know who the man would be. That could be horrifying. He could be a Ted Bundy

Sorry that I’m not retarded?
whats the point then?
@@fettbub92 the fact that anyone would rather be with a bear than a man clearly shows theres a problem with how society treats women. And this argument largely goes back to victims of SA, and people who are scared to have that happen to them. They’re not saying “every man is dangerous” but the question is about a random man that you do not know. And the fact that most women would take the bear shows that the amount of men who are harassing, and SA’ing people is high enough that many women don’t trust men as a whole.
The argument isn’t “are all men bad or not” it’s “are you safe with a random man” and truthfully the answer is no. Unless something changes and more men begin to respect women more
@@joeym1230 guess what, you're safer with a random man than with a bear. Even statistically. You are more likely to be killed by a random bear you run into, than be assaulted by a random man you run into. Its an irrational fear, born out of the tragedy of a few people being harmed by an even fewer creeps. It's an irrational fear of shark attacks, when drowning is the more likely outcome. I understand that shark attack survivors may feel differently, but the facts don't lie.
To your issue about missing the point. You fail to see how blatantly sexist this all is. Not only is it sexist towards men, for comparing a human to an apex predator (I doubt the women choosing the bear would feel happy about such happening to them), it plays on insecurities of many women. Its a question designed to divide and distract. Clearly you, and i, fell for it. Sadly, I dont think you learned anything from it. I learned a lot about bears, hiking safety, and confirmation bias.
@@fettbub92 If there are statistics to prove that then we'd be hearing about more bear attacks rather that men assaulting women. But that's not the case is it?
What shakes me most about their choice is that they think the bear is safer, I mean who hurt you?! Do you see malice everywhere! WTF!
It’s because they *have* been hurt that they choose this. How can you not see this? I’ve run into bears in the woods several times. It’s scary, but they’ve never hurt me. I can’t say the same about men. That doesn’t mean I see malice everywhere, but that I know the greater potential for danger even if both options are dangerous.
If what you believe is true, then why do women need male protectors at all? Would you tell your daughter she has nothing to fear by walking down a dark alley late at night? My sister parked in an alley. She was pistol whipped and fought being forced into a car by two men. Only reason she is alive is because another car came near the alley and scared them off (unknowingly). The police officer who responded said they officially tell citizens not to fight, but unofficially if she hadn't resisted most likely they would have found her dead body in an empty lot the next morning. On the other side of the country, she had a car of men slow down while she was jogging and they shot her in the stomach with some low powered something - she was lucky. I too have had my car shot at simply driving to work and based on the row of marks they missed my head because I turned a corner as they pulled the trigger. Tell me again there is nothing to worry about...
You have a higher probability of being attacked by a man than by a bear. Hell, you'd have a higher probability of drowning than getting killed by a bear. Bears don't usually attack unprovoked and, depending on the species, you can scare them off. Whereas, when in the woods if you encounter a man, you don't know if the man has already buried a few dead bodies or not. It's the idea that when in the woods, people aren't really concerned about seeing a bear as opposed to seeing a man, especially since you're less likely to see a bear.
I mean as girls who grew up in a countryside we were taught to watch out for strange men in the woods not bears (p.s bears haven't attacked a single person in my country).
But of course not all men. However, all women have a story. That’s why we choose the bear.
Honestly, women choosing a bear goes a lot deeper than what the internet may be taking it as. If I grew up with a bunch of men who were great men- caring, protectors, good men, then I would choose a man over a bear. If I grew up with men who were the complete opposite, of course, I’d rather pick a bear because at least if it kills or brutally injures me I know it’s just doing what it was wired to do. Flawed, sure, but men aren’t afraid of other men because they can take on other men- women cannot unless the situation happens to go in our favor.
And if you grew up like the majority of women: completely unharmed by men but told they're all evil and going to harm you, you'd pick the bear
@@jourdinthedragon1 in 4 women has experienced sexual assault. There are around 433,000 cases of SA per year. Most SA is done by someone the victim knows and who has access to them. It's supposed to be an unknown, that's the whole point. I think the women choosing the bear are drastically overestimating the number of men who want to cause harm to women, likely due to previous bad experiences with men or having heard about people who had bad experiences with men. The vast majority of men would either try to help if she asked for it or move along and go back to whatever brought him to the woods in the first place if she didn't. Theres not a single bear out there that would try to help you if you came across them in the woods, they either run from you or attack you and that all depends on how territorial the bear is and whether you are encroaching on their territory or how hungry they are and how tasty you appear.

If I’m alone in the woods it doesn’t matter if it’s a man or a bear because I stay strapped. Pew pew.
Best answer - we need more strapped women, I think, especially as men grow in resentment towards them. All you have to do is watch the red pill community for a while and you see the how they are angry as they obsessively watch videos about women and declare women utter trash. And they mean all women because they share a myth about about "woman's nature" and so it is okay to use and discard them.
It took my neighbor 17 shots, with two different weapons, to finally stop a bear.
I can see a woman choosing a bear, a modern man would be lost in the woods, a bear will at least be able to find water and berries.
It’s funny because men and bears historically have a way better relationship with each other than with women.
I think men and bear would choose each other
Dear men, your reaction is the TRUE test of character. If you got offended or said something like "most men wouldn't," you are not trustworthy even if you think you are.
If you weren't so quick to lash out and TRIED to see women's perspective in this, you would be considered within the scope of men who would actually be kind and help women out of the woods.
It is to see if you really are a good person or not.
And women think they know male perspective on this question. Oh right, men only don't like this question is because they are bad people, not because this is dehumanizing to us at all. Talking about seeing others perspective while never even tried to understand ours
Letting you vote was huge mistake.
It isn't a biblical argument, it's a logical one. Bear attacks are super rare averaging around 11 per year. There are videos all over the Internet showing that a bear would rather run away than confront you.
On average when it comes to domestic violence against women ( a very specific kind of violence, much less broad then just searching how many attacks/ sa cases in general) show an average of 4.8 million women attacked yearly.
Bears are clearly the safer option
It depends on which bear you're referring to. If it's a black bear, then you have a chance. If it's a brown or white bear, then it's game over.
Yea because you are running into bears as frequent as you run into men?

Bear attacks are rare precisely because most humans DON'T REGULARLY INTERACT WITH BEARS!!

You do realize that show is fictional entertainment?
This dude is why women would choose the bear. Mr. Fragile Nice Guy would follow women around the woods harassing them about how unsafe they are and demanding they accept his company.
She is just casually using the Bible to label all men are fools? Seems like that girl is taking the Bible out of context to support her sexist world view. Doesn’t seem very Christian to me.
So statistically, you would be attacked more by a woman than a bear. Using that logic, i would choose.....bear!
2 kings 2:23-24
Good one.
Yes, males harrasing someone and being cruel to an elderly man.
POINT PROVEN.
A BEAR 🐻 came and saved the man from the males.
Thank you 🙏 LORD for sending the Bear.
@@user-rd2so6pc2sMy thoughts exactly.😂
The bible told me to choose the bear over a BOY, not a MAN
I'm still picking the bear 😂
Ngl kinda feel ashamed of myself for choosing a bear instead of a man but I literally have a whole ass fear of men that makes me think they’ll hurt me if I stay near one for more then 4 seconds☠️☠️
@@KiKi-tf8rv
Seeing men as inherently stronger than women isn't feminist.
Anyone who can be overpowered by another person is always analyzing their safety to a certain degree. It’s why we lock our doors, why schools have metal detectors, why we arm ourselves, why we have security cameras. It’s not to offend the majority of people, but to protect ourselves against a small minority of bad people we may encounter.
@@KiKi-tf8rv
I see.
And if I had to choose weather I would rather be stuck in the woods with a bear or a radical feminist woman....I'm taking my chances with the bear 🐻
it would be quiter with the bear. with the bear you would fight to live with the feminist you'd fight to end your suffering
@@framergod69 hahaha 😆
Okay.
And most women, including feminists, won't make fun of you for that.
Again YOU as A HUMAN BEING should have FREE BIASED CHOICE.
Why are the rest of you men REFUSING WOMEN the same biased choice?
Don't worry, incel, she'd do everything she could to get away from your fedora-wearing arse, too.
Even if you survive the chances with the radical feminist you will be locked behind bars for life
No but chunkz is such a husband material
Well we can at least agree on one thing: Men can do better than choosing you.😂
A bear who is very full will leave you alone, a mama bear will eat you alive so will a hungry bear.
1/3 chance too don't you think?
Because it is stupid to leave a man while you are alone in a forest. The man, from his masculinity, feels that he has to make you live so that you do not get lost in a forest, and this is the instinct of a man who protects a woman, especially in these cases if you are in a forest, but if you are in the city, I am with you in this, you will encounter some Men get upset that you left him and other things.
The lesson in this :
If you see a woman get attacked by a bear, walk away and dont help. Seriously.
funny that you think you wouldn't also be mauled 💀
@@fungione you're going off the point
@@na-dk9vm I'm really not, you just know I'm right and that hwurts your feewings 🥺
@@fungione no, you're 100% right that I'd be mauled too. I can't outrun a bear. My point was, if a woman prefers to be in the presence of a bear, let her and don't try to help. Then she can't accuse you of anything you didn't do
@@na-dk9vm As a teenage girl, I'd happily get mauled if it meant helping someone. You're just a freak.
Proverbs 3 Verse 24: _"Bears be seriously scary, yo. Crazy females be trippin'."_
And to that I can only say Amen.
Only SATAN will disrespect GOD'S Scriptures like you just did.
This is even more reason why a woman would choose a bear.
Fair point.
And see how nice it is to not be SILENCED and be able to HAVE THAT POINT OF VIEW?

Okay, but anybody who isn’t fixated on their political viewpoints over their Biblical ones know that the bear reference in this verse is metaphorical. Nowhere in the Bible would it suggest to actually approach a bear without its cubs lol.
The question is, what happens when you see both in the woods in the same time. Will the people who pick bear, run to the bear for safety from the man?
Women. ☕️
