Well, hello there my good sir. I have some things on that to say. 1. The starting note is usually lower than the original song. If I were to use the OD Guitar from the Undertale Soundfont 2.6, and make MEGALOVANIA, I would start at D6. If I was making Not A Slacker Anymore, however, I would start at A5. 2. There really isn't much change with the chords, it usually just repeats itself. 3. The tempo of the song is usually faster. MEGALOVANIA has a tempo of 120 BPM, while Not A Slacker Anymore is 140 BPM. 4. Before the big drop, there's usually a Shreddage section to build-up to that. 5. For the Main Melody, it's kinda something you figure out on your own. What I would do is maybe add a few notes onto the original melody of a megalo, and then mess around as you move into the next few bars. An exception to this would be USLJ's No Longer Layback. 6. Depending on how advanced an LB Megalo you wish to make, you can add in "memory" sections if you want. For example, if you made a Decadent Society LB theme, you could make a Papyrus memory section. You can also include your Phase 2 melody, if you so wish. 7. Usually, during the end of the bridge, there is a memory for the "brother" character. The bridge is the calm part of a Megalo before the ending Shreddage section. That's all I have on the matter.
For guitar, it is recommended to record and export on the computer, dwp (I can only say it is rubbish) You know, in addition to AMP, the original sound library needs to enter 1GB! Besides, more than half of these guitar dwp have entered sf2, right? sf2→dwp
