      Looking forward to seeing part 2. Did the PE you used come with the kit, or was it a separate purchase ?
      Thank you.

    On the two masts; with the every delicate outriggers, did you use an accelerator for the CA glue? Having a tough time only model on those pieces to the mast, fore and aft.

      No accelerator on this one, wish I had lol. Isopropyl alcohol works well however!

    'Royal Marine' motor launches? Served on a couple of T23s and that's a new one on me 🤔

      en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_24 The pacific 24 RIB has been used extensively by the RN in anti-piracy operations, crewed by the Royal Marines. I have no idea when they started doing this, but I know for sure that it was done in the Strait of Hormuz throughout 2019 in order to safeguard merchant vessels. Again, not saying you're wrong! I'm just giving reasoning for what I said, as you are challenging it. You for sure know a lot more about the ships than I do 😄

      @@ModellingWeekly only if there is a Marine Boarding Party embarked, which is not always the case. Otherwise it's crewed by the Ships own boarding party, made up of Ship's Company (normally made up from the Warfare Department), or they can be used as a crash/rescue boat if the helo has an airborne emergency.

    Nice job!, this same model gonna be my first work. If I want to paint the whole ship, what do you recommend? Paint piece by piece before assembling or once asembled?? Thanks!

    • @ModellingWeekly
      @ModellingWeekly  Před 4 lety +1

      That's a very good question! I highly recommend painting it piece by piece, as it makes it far easier to handle - I recommend putting it together at the very end of the build, once decals and weathering and everything else is applied! Good luck!🤟🤟

    lose the music!

      I don't see a problem with the music. It's calm, slow and settled, just as a backing track should be.
