It's a pleasure to listen to professionals who don't talk trash about each other. These men seem very gentlemanly sticking to the future and the business aspects of their art. One of the many things to admire about Englishmen is their discretion.
This is adorable...love how freely they argue like siblings. It's also a great insight into their strength in coming back together against all odds and naysayers and producing a classy, mature album and all within 6 mths! Why does it take them 2 yrs now?!! Proves when their back is against the wall their creativity is more focused.
Very Nice souvenir, stay up late at night to Watch that show !!!! At that Time I could not imagine I would have the chance to see them 5 Times in my life and to have the chance to talk once with Nick Rhodes after a show in MTL (He was reading The Gazette paper at the begining of the show at Metropolis in MTL) ❤ Brilliant guys & Brilliant music ❤
Min 12:07-12:35 absolutely hilarious - from the way John picks his L ear, then looks at the interviewer in disbelief at what Simon was saying, then looks back at Simon, shakes his head, looks at Nick, now back to Simon "So what they're singing, French?" CUT ! Next take: Time out for John (lol) arms crossed and looking down while Nick is talking bahahaha PRICELESS
Wow what a good interview all of them was so real and raw and honest about a lot of things that's why I love them they still true to themselves and their craft 💕💕💕
OMG I remember watching this show with Terry David Mulligan every Friday when I was in high school! I remember his first interview with DD on this show - they were trying to pronounce the word "squirrel" lol
@@resa.walters He should have made up his mind because he continued to not come back when he said he would two different times he left. Thank God for Warren who actually wanted to be there and work hard with the band! He's not wishy washy!!!
I'm surprised that DD has so few an opening act when they tour. I have missed out on all the shows so I probably don't know if or who they have had. The thing is that most bands could probably use an introductory band to draw in fans and boost ticket sales. Of course DD probably sells out at lightening speed. They don't even need an opening band then, huh.
I give it to Duran.. they're great BS'rs.. constantly pretending what they're promoting post-Andy is great and never once admitting even to this day the best part of the group is gone
The best part of the group and most popular was and is John Taylor. Even Simon admits it. His bass lines are fantastic and Simon and Nick do a great job too. And Andy doesn't wanna be with them. His choice not theirs. The only BSer was Andy. He didn't even want to be there. But he played with their minds and it was confusing for the other members. They moved on and 40 years in a career without Andy since 2008. Leave them alone. They're amazing!

To be around them when they banter like that!!!
Hahahahaha, why?
It's kinda uncomfortable to watch them bicker, TBH.
Lol!
I love these guys. Andy's not reliable! These three are better without the constant confusion...
They're all geniuses, is Andy particularly confusing to you or something?
I've never considered him so.
No offense, just wondering.
