I remember on one occasion Neil claiming to be "One of Snooker's greatest"; I utterly disagree, he doesn't come close to being one of Snooker's greatest players, the only ones who can claim that special title are O'Sullivan, and Hendry; then maybe Jimmy White, Alex Higgins, Selby, Mark Williams, and John Higgins; then in Division 2 it's Neil Robertson.
He is a great player, not the greatest obviously, the greatest overseas player, yes

Neil Robertson should be called Bobby Robertson because he bobs up and down several times during his walkabouts around the table and back again waving his cue over the table before deciding what to do. He's not a natural player, he's a technical player who is boring and not at all entertaining. I can fill the kettle and have a cup of tea brewed and supped before he decides his next shot. Any natural player with a real feel for the game knows which shots to take without all the analysing and calculating that Robertson spends ages on with boring repetition.
If you say Robertson spends ages, what would you say to Mark Selby?
