Do teams lose EYBL status? Can/do the last place teams each year get relegated back to champions league and have to work their way back up? Or 0:46 once your EYBL you are locked in regardless of record? A lot of the champions league teams probably aspire for EYBL status.

Thanks for the info. How do we contact the other circuits to at least pitch ourselves? The website? Do we have to know someone? Etc.
Yes you have to be in good connections with the coaches. See if the teams have tryouts, if not play well and you might just get asked to join a team.
