Why is pitching in Softball so complicated? It is very clear on how Pitchers have to pitch in Baseball on what is illegal and isn't. This whole jumping off the rubber to get an advantage is ridiculous .
VERY difficult call to make in real time. Umpires may be aware of this particular pitcher due to scouting and even then it would be difficult to call during real time.
In NCAA softball… it’s more than just that for it to be illegal. Highschool on the other-hand, there needs to be a “second push off resulting in the non pivot foot becoming closer to home plate”, for it to be illegal.

The front foot makes no further advancement towards home plate. There is not additional push
That's only in high school, NCAA is different.

legal. IMO, she is not replanting the back foot and pushing off. If anything, imo, she is actually disadvantaged somewhat with this style.

Her non pivot doesn't get any closer to home. So the video is saying this is illegal but both reasons in your reply imply this is legal. No?
Just keep the foot in the mound. Simple.
