Hey Quinn, the prices were fluctuating a lot when we were first booking. I can't remember what our final price was. We also slept 3 to a room so it was really cheap for us. You can fit 6 with plenty of room. I know when we went we were part of a wedding package so we had a special rate. I suggest signing up for like a kayak.com email update for when the prices are at their lowest. They'll send you a price drop update.
