I hope mamamoo renew their contract like apink and then continue slaying. I know they have their own stuff but mamamoo is a really great group with amazing vocals and rap and i doubt i’d ever get to stan a group like mamamoo.

There don't seem to be too many episodes of Men on a Mission (Knowing Brothers) where they do a lot of karaoke with the guests like this. I know they did it with Yoon Jong Shin and Ock Joo Hyun when they were guests. I imagine some singers don't want to sing live like that as they fear it will expose them as not being very good live singers, or the PD's know that the guests aren't really suitable for extended live singing so they don't break out the karaoke machine. This is a rare group where there isn't a vocal weak link or links and they nearly always sing live, so they have no fear of doing karaoke. Also this is a group with a lot of energy where there aren't any really shy members, so hamming it up while doing karaoke is very natural for them. I'm guessing the PD's were happy to bring on a guest for a treat with karaoke as the cast always seems to enjoy it.

I feel as though so many idol groups focus too much on being good dancers and looking pretty. Don't see as much effort put into vocals.
