Good looking out brotha. My job paid for the new classes to learn all this but it took a whole month and a half for the maintenance crew to set up the new robot. So I forgot almost everything I learned. Our old robot doesn't have as many sub menus and all the axis points are inverted plus it's a Panasonic which they don't even make anymore so I couldn't use it as a point of reference for the new robot. Watching you do just this 5 minutes made training from over a month ago just come all flooding back. Now I remember nearly everything. You're a life saver.

Hey, great video, can you show how to edit an existing job, I have a new fixture for a product but a need to have one of the moves to be going up a bit more rather than going straight to the left and then up., thanks

If it's a motoman you typically want to slow it down and use the XY keys accordingly and then press modify enter to lock it in

Can you explain how to set your welding temperature and wire speed? Please I'm using exactly the same pendant as you to weld aluminum mail boxes sheets are about and 1/8" thick .

We are new to these robots. Are these able to be programmed via PC / CAD Model? Right now all programming is done by pendent and I think that is causing inconsistencies
What is the best way to eliminate slag and splatter?

It could be a number of things your settings are adding too much wire wht kind of trasfor dose the job call for maybe u need to run short arc or pulse arc... I will start with the settings for thickness of metal your welding and go from there Could be the gas that you're using there's a number of things
