This is a nice property, some finishes in this house could be a little more polished, I noticed that the master bath toilet seal at the bottom surround looks a little scary. No rooftop garden!!! I could imagine the future water damage to the lower floors over time. Walls around the property should be much taller being this looks to still be an undeveloped location for security. A garage to drive cars into is preferred! Lighting?? Will the be public street lights along the streets?
