I think more people ought to play the glad game!!!! Maybe the world would look a lot brighter if people looked for the good and consentrated on finding it. Like Balloo says, accentuate the positive , forget the negative. Concentrate on the good stuff.

She was a good actress. But I don’t like her character as Angelica on Pollyana. Angelica is very negative and mean to Pollyana. She sounds and acts a lot worse than Aunt Polly. But luckily Pollyana doesn’t let her get in the way of doing what she enjoys best which is spreading happiness and positivity towards others. If you watch the 1989 version of Pollyana, Mrs. Conley is a much better maid and influence than Angelica.

I've figured out how to play the "Glad Game". I read in _The Big Book of Animal Records_ (ⓒ1985) by Annette Tison and Talus Taylor that the great white shark is 40 feet long. I was somewhat disappointed when I read, from a more reliable source, that 16 feet is its average length. I later found out that whoever estimated the great white as being 40 feet in length might have confused it with its giant prehistoric relative from around 15 million B. C. E., _Otodus megalodon_ , whose teeth were up to 6.6875 inches (17 centimeters) long. I read about this in _Prehistoric Life_ (ⓒ2009) by Dr. Douglas Palmer et al. Even though I was disappointed at first, I was glad to be properly informed. Facts and figures about animals, people, etc. shouldn't have to be exaggerated in order to seem more impressive.
