I made this tonight, my 1st ever attempt at Alfredo sauce. I used shrimp that we caught and sauteed mushrooms in addition to the broccoli. My husband is eating seconds right now. This is the BOMB! Thank you!!! This was delicious!! I have many lactose intolerant members in my family. I used your recipe and use lactose free half-and-half lactose free cream cheese and plant base Parmesan cheese. It was amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥. You’re right the half-and-half is not as thick as heavy cream but I was able to thicken it a little bit by adding some flour. I appreciate your video!

Just made this tonight and absolutely love it. Turned out fantastic. I put a little more cream cheese and my own small amount of Italian seasoning mix (small amount) and omitted the parlsey. I just made this!! Its fantastic, I did add some sweet onion in with the butter, and used only Shrimp. Its FANTASTIC! Next time I am going to add some of my garden fresh green bell peppers with the onion. Thank You for this time consuming video, I appreciate you! We are on the coast (SW corner of WA state) Shrip is everything, and I am thinking Dungeness Crab would be a BIG tastebud win as well..
