Jordan, I think I remember you say "why didn't I set on that fish," welcome to my world, dude! It happens to me all the time, especially after I start getting a little cold. I just sit there and gawk at that fish(or bite) for a few seconds too long, and then I react... too late! I can see weather isn't exactly balmy where you guys were. When I ice fish I lose an awful lot of fish because of that, but then a blind squirrel finds an acorn occassionally. See my recent(Feb 18th) ice fishing success posted on the Addicted Fishing Forum.

Changing rigs to those different colors quickly is awesome. In fly fishing that's the biggest thing that keeps me from success is because I don't wanna take the time to change my rig 😂
I actually appreciate the struggle being shown. That's true reality. It's almost never a target rich environment for the average fisherman. Even guides have bad days! Thanks ADX!
As a west coast Canadian fisherman it's hard watching you miss float downs with your spinning reel and slack line, lol. Levelwind/centrepin for float fishing all the way !!! :P

Cool video!!! Love the whitewater. Does Jordan ever watch these videos and see his hookset? OMG its painful watching him time after time jerk straight up over his head with all the slack in his line and then start to reel up. In this video he even talks about how (after missing a fish) he waited dropped his rod reeled up his slack then set the hook. Baffled as to how he missed it. I had to go back and watch it again to see what he was talking about. Was not as described. I am guessing watching what your doing on video and seeing why you miss so many fish would be a great learning lesson. This video had lots of great lessons on what not to do when your bobber goes down. Still a great video, but once again I got to be honest and bust some chops. Love your guys stuff, but PLEASE for the love of god watch what your doing when your bobber goes down and adjust your reactions, you will stop wondering why the fish got so luck and start to see its not luck its poor technique.
