I love that it's a whole square mile of paradise and has a 5 star hotel, a casino, 6 restaurants and robot servants. I especially love it when you get to decide who gets to come in and who doesn't.

What people in the comments section don’t realize is that this is a new park. Room for growth and more to be done to it. When Disney first opened it was shit, they improved on it over the years and it grew. Who’s to say there won’t be more added features and improvements here in the future. What’s represented are the basics and foundation of what will one day be a more glamorous park.

Not bad .... but in my opinion some areas of the park should be darker like @ IMG Dubai it has a nice atmosphere, for example the dino area and the haunted house should be in a darker area of the park there’s too much light 💡... Tmnt area looks very good , IMG Dubai could have a area like that replacing some rides of Cartoon Network.

He is right, this park is a technical feat but the decor lacks details and finishes. This park is soulless, without animation. It is clear that the Russians did not have all the necessary know-how to carry out this project to the end. You should know that originally Disney was to be in the project but it was before the conflict with Ukraine. Today, it seems that the part accessible for free is more important than the paying part because of not having been able to set up there the attractions initially planned ... Finally, I am worried about the security conditions because I do not see much evacuation signage and Russia has experienced several dramatic fires in recent years in large shopping centers. I also have that only those created and developed by Western promoters met the standards commonly accepted in Europe

The echo in that place is absurd - on the recording it's monstrous, can't imagine how bad that sounds IRL, that has to get to you after a while.
Also, many filmmakers, Jon Favreau, Christopher Nolan, are using backdrops screens to simulate ANY environment around them - reproducing a blue sky was *that* much work, Russia? (They did it fairly well years ago in Vegas on Fremont st. )
Or more likely, this is yet another in a looooooong line of things Russia didn't bother to think through and will make for one bizarre living space once the zombie apocalypse is upon us..

The nickelodeon one is a shopping center too. But nickelodeon is a center built by a wealthy corporation. And Dream Island Park in Moscow is the creation of one Russian businessman. He's not rich enough to “beat Disneyland”. But, he wanted to build something remotely similar (of course, to attract buyers to shopping areas). At the same time, the Moscow government also forced him to invest heavily on the improvement of the island itself - to tidy up the natural zone and make a new embankment. So he had to save a lot.
If you like amusement parks, then I recommend you to visit "Sochi Park" (in Sochi) or "Divo Ostrov" (in St. Petersburg). This is the best that can be found in Russia.
