This is funny interaction because normally in normal battle stopper attack is not counterable, but in this mecha fights stopper attacks somehow counterable so with enough res buffs and heals once boss goes attacks you with stopper attack you will counter to next HP bar into another boss stopper attack and keep infinite loop until boss dies.

Out of all of the Megalomorph fights, this was the first where I needed to change out my favorite head equipment. I still lost the left arm to RNG my attempt but my remaining arm was able to finish the counter chain. This strategy saved me a lot of time and should also help grinding scratch a little faster.

@@7th-archangel I got it in 10 turns when I rised the second arm to 75! Now I cleared it in 3 turns with the arm at 80! It took 10 turns because one arm and the head got destroyed, so I went for a few more turns only with torso and one arm!

For other people, the strategy worked for me with all parts at level 80 but one arm only at level 57. Cleared in 3 turns, lower level arm got killed at the last HP stopper but the stronger one still pushed through.

Does lvl matter that much? I have lvl 80 on left and lvl 73 on right arm and he nukes right arm on turn 3

Having lvl on arm really matter
Maybe just lower down your head lvl to compensate

You get Rare Energon seed from beating scorpion megalomorph in overworld map near Yanatu (big yellow indicator) and all the megalomorphs in Abominus continent
But i suggest start with the scorpion as it's the easiest one
