Ziigaat Doscinco it’s a stronger Hype 4 bass. Dual dynamics facing each other to give better tactile feeling. The bass is strong, tump with a lot of resolution. It can be a bit shouty sometimes. But it’s very engaging and fun It’s double the price of the Legato. But the bass is miles ahead. Also the BA drivers are very high quality. So the resolution overall is great
Love the Z1R, but it only spent a month in my collection. I could not get over the fit, which led to a lot of discomfort for me. I’m still waiting on my Scarlett Mini; four months and counting. I think FatFreq got hammered with orders. Hope I see them soon.
Thanks for sharing, yeah i had issues with fit as well. The infamous fit, surprised they still hadn't release a new version of that. Dang that's been a while, I'd go to their chat to follow up on your order
@@rnarexperience Unfortunately I already went that route; they were very cordial but probably overwhelmed. They kept promising "next month" back in October, and have done the same for the last few months. I'm just going to hold out and wait for it to arrive; I've got a Hype 4 on order, so that should fill the gap until it ships. Want to clarify, I think FatFreq are a great company and really good people. I just think they got hit with a lot of orders and weren't prepared for them. The Grand Maestro and Scarlett Mini being featured on a few different popular channels probably flooded them with orders.
The Fatfreq Maestro Mini has been on my wish list ever since they came out. Based on reviews and graphs I think I prefer it over the Scarlett Mini. The only other basshead iem in consideration at that price range is the Penon Turbo. Will be pulling the trigger on one of these 2 this year. Great video by the way. Cheers!
Thanks for watching, if you prefer a V shaped IEM then Maestro mini fits that bill, if you want a smoother listen with a lot more bass then Scarlet is the way. I've never heard of the Penon Turbo but didnt realised they released a bass heavy IEM as well. Might check it out. Thanks for watching!
I'd add the Hidizs MP145 to this list. Great V-shaped natural sounding planar with thumpy bass good mids and treble. Comes with tuning filters that can lessen the bass or dampen the treble a bit. The only downside is that it's a bit of a chonky boy. It's currently my favorite, even though I'm normally not much of a bass head.
My top pick that I've tried would be Sound Rhyme DTE900. It's very aggressive and energetic, but never heard an IEM with such detail and resolution, whilst maintaining fast and visceral bass as well. Usually those two are counter-intuitive to each other and somehow they managed to pull it off. Punches way above it's price point at 750 USD
Excellent video, friend, you know, I was looking for something like your video and you know, it took me almost 2 years to find a channel like yours, I have a question with which single or dac, did you compare them? Good video
Would definitely recommend trying singularity, pretty tough to get a hold of right now till they actually get to full production run, but if you are lucky enough to get a chance at trying the launch edition at a canjam or similar, they are awesome and strongly rec it
Can you please make a "Comparison video between Maestro Mini VS Earfun air pro 3" they both have nearly the same frequency chart, but I wonder which one is more ahead in technicality. Pretty please.
I would but i dont have that earphone unfortunately and also it's wireless and considering the amount of drivers in it, despite having similar tuning i dont see how the air pro 3 can beat the maestro mini in terms of sound performance as they're playing at different leagues
MP145 for better clarity, the Falcon Ultra has better impact and slam so they both fit in the separate categories of genre you just listed so ultimately, if you want a smoother, fun experience, then DUNU Falcon Ultra, if you want a bit more detail to punch through, then MP145
Thanks for sharing! Yeah I should include some budget options but the ones I've tried didn't quite match up. Ive been meaning to try the QKZ HBB - maybe in 2024~
Kings of lowssss..hmm absolute legend X frm empire then legend evo then scarlett frm fatfreq then rudha brahmastra then singularity frm nite jars then canpur cp622b..so on...Peace!

Is maestro se or mest mk2 better for detail, punch and soundstage depth? Really like your reviews.
I'd have to give it to the Mest Mk 2 for detail and soundstage depth, but Maestro SE for overall bass presentation

Thanks for sharing, never heard of that before so that's really interesting. Just googled it and it looks like a mini Anole VX

Love the faceplate on your custom se's. Nice video!
Thanks very much :)
Hyla Ce-5 are my current favorites. Although i might be getting some scarlet minis soon.

You are missing the Audio 64 u4s and Volur here.
You could say that about literally any bassy iem not on the list. One guy is obviously not going to have access to every iem ever.
If i had a chance to listen to them then I'd include them in my list. Maybe in the future
Question. Dunu falcon ultra or Hidizs mp145? for enjoy rock and pop.
MP145 for better clarity, the Falcon Ultra has better impact and slam so they both fit in the separate categories of genre you just listed so ultimately, if you want a smoother, fun experience, then DUNU Falcon Ultra, if you want a bit more detail to punch through, then MP145
For my loud volumes.all of them has to much upper mids and treble for my 85db volumes
great review
Thanks for watching!
Empire Ears Raven
Just bought the moondrop Aria 1 as my first modern iem.
I think I'm a bass head
Supertfz force 1
On the budget side: Qkz x HBB and KZ Castor Bass.
Thanks for sharing! Yeah I should include some budget options but the ones I've tried didn't quite match up. Ive been meaning to try the QKZ HBB - maybe in 2024~
@@rnarexperienceI'm definitely going to be there for your review
Actual best all around basshead iem FIR Audio XE6. Best bass quantity/quality iem for price fatfreq scarlet mini
Kings of lowssss..hmm absolute legend X frm empire then legend evo then scarlett frm fatfreq then rudha brahmastra then singularity frm nite jars then canpur cp622b..so on...Peace!
Thieaudio Monarch mk3
Your personal pick? It has a more controlled bass for me which is great as an overall but nowhere near the levels of bass in the list imho
way too expensive lol ...
There are budget options
