ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

As someone who never gives comics the time of day. This was a must read along with Old Man Logan and some Batman comics.
I also have the unarmored version but my brother back in my hometown recently picked this version up for me so I am very grateful for that. Shout out to Frank!
The quality of the sculpt, paint and accessories makes this soooo much more worth the price. Cash grabbing Hasbro needs to take note.

Since this was from the product of Eastman and Laird coming back together when being on The Toys That Made Us, I preordered the series from my local comic store when it came out. It took a year and a half for all five issues to be released, but I was okay. The story is so good and I cannot recommend it enough.
As I said on Facebook, this is a phenomenal figure. I got him last month and I have absolutely zero regrets.
The string and ring are the only iffy spot for me, so I heated his waist up and popped him apart to tighten the string and glue it and the ring down. It’s snug now and I’m stoked.
Amazing figure.

Just picked this guy up today and WOW! Genuinely one of my fav neca figs!! Right up there with my Part 7 Jason!
I don’t even collect TMNT but I did pick this particular figure up. It just looked too cool to pass up, and I do not regret my purchase
I picked up this figure and the unarmored one at Target a few days ago. You need them both to get all the accessories from the story, btw. I liked the figures so much I downloaded the digital versions of the comics, and it was a really good story with lots of drama and action. A lot of fun but also very sad too. I liked the first chapter the best, when you still don't know which of the 4 bothers it is. I was surprised at the end of that first issue to discover it was my favorite turtle. If you're a fan of the original comics (like me) Last Ronin is definitely worth a read.

You got him too?!! Noice, Shartimus!! I picked him up at my not-so-local comic shop last month or the month before. He’s awesome!! 😀 And I just got Playmates Mikey at Target today.
The NECA Last Ronin figures are amazing. The armored one is definitely cooler than the unarmored, but both are really well done! I also have the Playmates style one in my BBTS pile of Loot. Can't wait to get him in hand!
To store the ninja stars and grappling hook, I threaded the stars thru the rope and wrapped it around the top of his belt and tied it. Looks solid for display and stores some extra weapons😁
The empty slot on the belt is for the broken katana on the unarmored ronin

The string came undone on mine and there wasn't enough slack to get it back on. I ended up gluing the string and ring to the back, they hold on just fine. I put the handle of the tonfa through the left hoop on the back, it seems to fit, but it's a little fiddly to get out.
So I just got this yesterday, and it’s my first neca figure, first figure with this many accessories as well. I have run into one issue with it, I was trying to put the goggles on his head and the elastic band came off. I was able to thread it back into the goggles but now I’m wondering what kind of glue should I use to glue the elastic band back to the way it was before. Would really appreciate any advice
I just came from watching your Kraven figure, reveal review. Sorry, just catching up on your vids lol that being said, man..Neca TMNT figures retail for $32-$35 depending where you get it. That ML Kraven is $28.. no accessories. SMH, idk what Hasbro is thinking but it is down right odd.

He is a great figure but you're right about the strap, when I got mine the string came undone on the bottom almost immediately, I guess they didn't tie the knot tight enough on mine, I have been having trouble tying it back together because it is so small

I love the last ronin story. I'm hoping the next iteration of a tmnt show or movie is more adult oriented since the main audience is much older than the kids we used to be
The main audience of TmnT is still modern day kids it's definitely not an adult oriented brand other than a few figure lines and comic offshoots
Started out as an mature comic series. The kids have had plenty off content for them. Should be the adults turn again

The ring in the back got pulled out and now I can’t get it back the string in its holes, if I did get it back, what solutions are there for this to not happen again?

To put the story short Splinter and Ralph and Don and Leo all died in. a war and Mikey became the last ronin, April and Casey had a daughter
I just bought this fig from Best Buy for like, 36 bucks… Oftentimes, I'll go out shopping for a particular Neca, but if none of the stores seem to have the figure that I want, I'll end up buying some other random Neca. Today, it was this guy.
Now, occasionallyーthough, •VERY rarely•ーwhen settling for a runner-up fig, I'll experience •some level• of buyer's remorse. . . That, however, was •most certainly NOT• the case with this guy. Seriously, all the videos and images you might look up are great reference points and all… But they just can't possibly do this •phenomenal figure• its due and proper justice.
Seriously, folks, if any of you out there were considering buying this one, but you were kinda' on the fence about it, I think it's a safe bet to hop down off that damned fence. For real, y'all, this is one of the best action figures available right now. I just got The Thing's Dog Creature, the Feral Predator and this, The Last Ronin (Armored version), and they're •ALL such amazing figs•, but I'm seriously having trouble deciding which one I actually like best xD
