Museveni came as a blessing to this world. Unfortunately, some Ugandans cannot appreciate his historical contribution to making the nation, Uganda. He will be fairly judged by history, when we are all gone.

I'm a Kenyan and before I came to Uganda we used to be told that Uganda has been ruled by the dictators . We were told that Mseveni is one of them who is still rulling until I came to Uganda in 2019. In my four years in Uganda I've never seen dictatorship and it has come into my realization that His excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is the only living Pan African head of state in the 21st century. The best president in Africa 👌

The difference is there are a tribe of people that "Greed" is their God. Everything they get their hands on is to make more at all cost and also destroy what, who ever else is in their way. The word "share" does not exist in their vocabulary unless it's a bloodline of theirs, and even that is no guarantee, they have been known to fight each other for possessions they stole. Now the earth is full of the rubbish they have created. We are really going backwards although, if you don't think about it, it gives the impression you are going forwards.

You're so right....I always insist that in the few instances when the gods have been kind to Africa, they gift us Kagame and Museveni..: I said this in analysing the Congolese 'curse'. However having said that, Museveni must 'mechanise' the politics of Uganda. He must allow the 'mass production' of great minds like him. He needs to mentor people who can take Uganda to the next level. God has been kind to Africa in terms of weather and a vigorous physiological constitution that has defied the biological genocide visited on us. But in terms of radical leadership and forward thinking we fall short. History will be kind to Museveni, he's a revolutionary both in action and in thought... he just needs to mentor the right people(for leadership), not his son, and plan well for Uganda as he exits.

I wished the Mzee paid more attention on real current issues affecting our people other than comedy, worthless stories - the dilapidated hospitals, schools, poor roads & education system, child poverty, girl child period poverty and many more we are grappling with, I wished we paid more attention to holding this man and his thieving ministers accountable, I wishes we spent more energies on strategies to say no enough is enough, I wished we pay attention at recognising that no, I may be fairly well off but I am poor if the key infrastructure is in ruins so must be part of those who hold the thieves accountable than stay silent. It starts with you as the leader. All your neighbors have developed their cities and countries, namely Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. Soon south Sudan will be ahead of Uganda. I just wish you can build Uganda just as your brother Kagame has build Rwanda. Kagame was handed a trash can but he has turned it into a castle in period of about 20 years. Imagine Uganda has more natural resources than Rwanda but Rwanda is now more developed than Uganda. Uganda has oil, copper, gold, cobalt, uranium, and other special metals that are needed all in the manufacturing countries. Uganda has largest number of lakes in the entire Africa. Uganda has two rainy seasons. Uganda has very fertile soil that you can practically grow any on its soil. But the only thing we are exporting is coffee. The government is suppose to empower the farmers. Uganda used to have a lot forest but the government not protected the forests. The reason they are called equatorial rain forest because they created a lot of condensation that results into rain. But they also suck up all of carbon dioxide and in return produce oxygen that we humans and animals need. Uganda's landscape and wildlife can place Uganda among top tourist nations in the whole world. But because the infrastructure in Uganda is so old and dilapidated, most tourist just go to Kenya and Tanzania. The United States empowers it farmers and that's why the United States is on of the largest exporters of food. Big number of the unemployed Ugandas could be employed by the farming sector alone. Because of high corruption Uganda cannot get foreign investments. The United States, which is wealthiest country has a lot foreign investors. Africa's economy is project to be $29 trillion dollars by 2050. But it's only a hand full of African nations that will take advantage of this opportunity. The corruption and tribalism has crippled Uganda for last forty
years. African nations need to start using the world Africans or black people in order to eliminate tribalism out of Africa. Because of these vast quantities of resources and beauty of Uganda, hence the name Pearl of Africa as popularized by Winston Churchill. All the white explorers when they first came into Uganda they were extremely impressed by the beauty; namely how green the country looked, birds, animals, insects and many more. That's why even when Idi Amin expelled the Indians they could dream of life any where else. I can 't say it all but we all need to on call Museveni and ask him to do what the Great Julius Nyerere did for Tanzania, by installing a true democracy in Uganda, instead of trying to leave his son in power. Trully Museven's family has taken enough money to last them generations to come. One of the reason the DRC is having problems is because Kabila's son took power after his father's death. The DRC is the richest country in Africa in terms of resources and among the richest countries in whole world in terms of resources but as of now, because of the Kabila's family corruption and the DRC;s neighbors support of rebells that are disrupting the DRC, it considered as on of the poorest countries in the whole world. As African we need to do the right thing. African leaders you don't money in heaven take care of you people then you will remembered in the books of history. That's why we are proud of the former presidents, such as Julius Nyerere, Nkwame Nkuruma, Nelson Mandela, Rhumba and other great leaders

Rightfully so. Original inhabitants, controlled by imperialistic colonizer savages, who used, and is still using barbaric tactics to control the continent of Africa. African countries are roughly, at maximum, with their own independence, 30 yrs old. How are you going to survive the future, without Africa? The lifestyle you have now, is gained through centuries of misery and oppression, upon Africans. You do not have the right to criticize any leaders of Africa.Leave them alone. No more interference.
