IU's voice fits modern and classic songs so well. I can imagine her being a great singer during any era. I love her covers on radio shows and tv programs like YHY's Sketchbook. It's not just singing on key or hitting high notes but conveying emotions and connecting with your listeners. I'm curious and looking forward to the songs she'll cover on her remake album coming out in May. IU has a special connection with May and spring.

Sejeong's version was a ballad which has a feeling of someone remeniscing their past lover over a cup of tea on a heavy rainfall day while staring at the blue- gray sky
IU's version feels like someone thinking of the their past lover over a glass of wine on a drizzly night.
(These are just my opinions) It's amazing hoe one song can be sung so beautifully in 2 different ways.
