The best option will still forever be DBS Android 17’s SS where it gives you an XXL buff to all damage and an XXL buff to speed once you’re below 75% health. I’ve been running it even before they buffed it.

People say the super soul isn’t that good in the context of PvP cause it takes 60 seconds to activate.
It’s not even that bad, now that everyone has more HP it’s actually decent, plus in PvE it’s not horrible either.
Bruh this is one of the best pvp super souls look at the movement speed
there's also the whole 20 stamina bars thing that makes it even more likely to activate before the opponent lets you land a full combo (if you're fighting the 1% of the player base that knows what stamina management is)
Basicly old SSB damage and it's damage taken nerf, along with a speed buff and UI dodge.
So... The result is predictable, however I didn't even think about this, nice work Soap.

You should try the Blue Evolution Power Rush build if you haven’t. It works best with lots of points into Strike but you don’t need it
The build is with Do or Die, Meditation, Power Rush, and the Super Soul “I said don’t go easy on me!” from the TP Medal shop. The SS in this video also works, as does really any with an XXL attack buff
The setup is just Meditation, then Do or Die to prolong it (lasts a similar amount of time as the Lovely Cyclone buff, but instead buffs Defense), then charge/fight until you have have Max Ki and Blue Evo active. Then you can hit them with Power Rush, since the max Ki now is 15 bars instead of 10. Other than Blue Evo and the Supers/Ultimates mentioned, you can use whatever skills you want

If you burst charge u get 2 ki bars back by the time they recover, making it a 0 cost counter.
It made me a little sad that Ui has no buffs, but it also has no downsides so I love this super soul with Ui. Hoping for just a nice basic attack buff in the future, maybe a nice defense bonus too
Stronger Ki blast? (All the damage fires at once, better charged Ki blast), you avoid grabs and auto dodge so you slip out of combos, the combo extensions are pretty easy too.
Hope they bring back that Cell Max Raid soon.
Lost all my progress on the Super Hero DLC's when I switched to PS5.
The objectively best super soul is still 1st form frieza's "irritating little pests". XL damage buff to all supers for free with no activation requirements and no debuffs.
Theres better ways to maximize damage and it doesnt buff ultimates but its objectively just the best. That SS on my hybrid female earthling builds just destroys people, Ive never used it on someone who didnt immediately pull out all their cheese builds in the rematches 😂

Lol there’s ALWAYS a Frieza race looking down on anyone’s else’s damage output lol. I like that Supersoul, but it does make you a glass cannon kinda. It makes you TAKE M damage , which sounds little but FEELS alot. I guess good enough skill can manage that tho.
I do like the super soul. but with my strategy is a one shot style, the fight will finish beforehand

@@kevinalohan2334yeah, Overall Gotenks is better, since it gives around 30% atk buff while toppo gives 35%.
But between slow you Down and Speed you Down, Gotenks is better, but toppo is easier to get if you don't have online in consoles.

Toppo's is better. At least for humans and frieza race since they regen stamina or ki. Ill get it as soon as the raid comes back. Most of my cacs are tiny +potential unleashed for speed and some defense buff. Blue Evolved is better . You can also run do or die(defense) or burst for ki

Bro💀read the move descriptions. You dodge automatically and you counter if you press A on Xbox or X on PlayStation at the right time during the dodge.

Apparently it was a raid reward which means you can't get it right now without using mods.
If you missed the event Toppo's Super Soul works too which can be obtained in a PQ if you have the Legendary Pack DLC, 2 more cons but you get the XXL Buffs right away.

That Super Soul (Damn...Gotta Have To Go All Out!) only comes from the Cell Max Raid. Everyone was given two chances to get it.
I got all eight of my characters to level 120 it actually was pretty easy

@@mono666 well if you have the right super souls then you just go do the Vegeta mission for the expert missions and he drops you so much experience so fast and then as you're doing that also farm the dragon balls and then wish for the tp metals

Okay but it’s not making ui stronger. It’s making the cac stronger in general.
Ui actually makes the supersoul stronger and the supersoul makes ultra instinct feel like ultra instinct.
I think the idea is for UI to stretch games out longer, which allows the Super Soul to activate, like a sort of win condition.
@@Ben0_oI usually use "before creation comes ruin" same sorta thing. 30 seconds, less damage by a bit and only ki supers but I mean evolution blue kioken x4 kamehameha is like 2 health bars. Plus it fires so fast that just a quick kick on opponent without enough stamina for an evasive is taking 2 health bars. Devastating

Unfortunately it's a raid thing. If they bring back the Cell Max raid, you should be able to get it from there (unless they change the rewards)
U can use toppos super if u have the dlc it basically gives u the same buffs as that one
