i was broken hurt and bruised. a boy with a broken identity, who believed he was born homosexual. the deeper the lust and the sexual encounters, the emptier i felt. Emptier and emptier. i had no joy nor peace in my life, i had a distorted view of what love is, and yet it did not satisfy me, deep down i knew that my lifestyle was wrong, but i was bound by chains and fetters, i started drinking, i started cutting myself to feel. my sexual encounters became more and more sick, and one evening, when i went with someone i never met and never knew, i hit rock bottom, i was so broken, i was so overwhelmed by the weight of my sinful life. i was sinking deep in sin, i was far from the Peaceful shore, but the Master of the Sea came and lifted me out of the pit of destruction. Jesus Christ was with me when i did the filthiest things, He was calling me back to Father everyday. One evening, the weight of my sin was so strong and weighed me down like a 1000 ton of cement, the Holy Spirit convicted me of the life i was living, homosexuality, alcoholism, lust, self-mutilation, self-centeredness, pride, lying... as I was feeling all of this, the Father manifested His LOVE, GRACE & MERCY to me through Jesus Christ. I never felt such love - He moved with such authority yet with such LOVE and COMPASSION. I knew that there is a GOD. Now saved am i, cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, i am dead to my sin and alive to God through Christ Jesus. Now my life is a declaration to the Messiah, HE is The Way, The Truth & The Life. I have tasted and seen that the Lord is good! Washed and cleansed by the precious Blood of my Jesus Christ! HALLELUJAH!!!!!

I just want to say I have never felt so much love and peace in my heart that no drug no alcohol and no relationship could give me giving my life to Jesus is the best thing I could do!! I pray that the Lord will help me to show those who don't know him by action and not just words that they may see and believe the he is there he wants them!!!

As a younger, teenage worship leader, in a relatively conservative church, I aspire to become like you guys and lead my youth group into the heart of worship and prayer so easily like you guys do. I have to say that the comment at the end about our father owning the car payments and mortgage is so right on. It can truly be well with our soul when we can rest in the knowledge of our father taking care of us. Our sole job is to look to Him and trust his faithfulness and grace in our lives daily. So hard to do but looking up rather than down help to take our minds off ourselves and look to our Father. Thank you for being a blessing despite our trying times. I just love you all

Clive Jackson Jr., I love your voice, so in search of your voice I discovered this song. Today I had some heart wrenching news, but even so I was able to cry, "It is well with my soul." I gave everything up for Christ and what I considered valuable has no value to me now. Only Christ is valuable in this earth. There I was overwhelmed with stress from work and be anxious and I listened to this video and tears streamed down my face. Hearing it is well over and over again slowly broke the chains of fear away. I worship with you all more than any others, because watching you all worship is one the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I can feel the Fathers heart of passion for you when He watches you. I DECREE You all Bless the Lord. You all praise His greatness. You all declare His faithfulness. You all are grateful beyond measure, and your words are changing the atmosphere; you all are creating an open heaven with intent and purpose to live there: GREAT IS THE LORD AND GREATLY TO BE PRAISED.

This is just for revelation purposes from my own knowledge of being processed in the fire for numerous years and not a judgment, just wisdom being passed on to the beautiful Irish man (I believe he is Irish from his beautiful accent) whom it is completely obvious your deep love for the Lord. The hat you are wearing with the pokemon symbol is an advertisment for the enemy and gives the enemy legal right to mess with your life, so if there is something you are being attacked over you may want to seek the Lord on this for yourself. He has taught me to not have even a hint of the enemy's stuff giving access to any area of my life. The origin of the pokemon (mon, demon) is from rebellion of the creator against his christian parents. I am telling this from a mothers heart to protect you like I did my own boys.

I was a bit taken aback by ‘amazeballs’ initially, but once I sat back and thought about it, if this is how he speaks, then this is what God wants to hear.
It’s not a cuss word (I don’t think). So I don’t think that it’s disrespectful. Like would we think it is disrespectful to say ‘lit’ in a prayer?
I don’t know 🤷🏾♀️... he just seems to be sincere in his words to God to me. This is just my long little ol’ opinion...
On another note, this is one of my favorite hymns and is one that I think we must familiarize ourselves with once again, especially with the rise of suicide and people seeing no way out. May we find the strength to say “it is well with my soul” and to keep our eyes on Him 👆🏾

Thanks for the video, I enjoy listening to you guys. let's not forget what the Bible says about real worship though. Real worship is worship in spirit and in truth, offering our bodies as living sacrifices to do what God is passionate about: removing our cultural and individual idols like consumerism and practising in justice for the poor. (Roman's 12, Isaiah 58 etc). He doesn't seem to make judgements on people's corporate singing style but whether the reality of their hearts matches the words they're singing or professing in religious ceremonies... I'm sure you know this I just felt like reminding people. God bless :)
