I don't want to defend her, but lots of people, many who aren't even in charge of anything, hiding things for the cleaning people in order to show they're not doing their job thoroughly. People suck, not just Ellen. A Fun counter move does exist though. Take pictures of the stuff and after a month or so go to whoever gave you the contract and tell them that that was based off an estimate of a certain amount of time but based upon certain employees being extra messy it's taking extra time and you need a new contract to figure that time in as well. You might lose the contract but you might not, and if you do, well, did you really want to work with people like that anyway?
