The more I hear this song the more I love it. They were so good on the night and quite rightly won it. I’m 45 years old & been watching Eurovision since I was a kid and I must say this year was the BEST for many years, so many great songs!! It was a great night. You need to be careful though, if you miss anymore Eurovision you will lose points from your GayCard 😉😂
Great song amazing atmosphere, great hosting (not as entertaining as Sweden and that's the only thing 2016 has over 2021 for me). I love how supportive contestants were of each other and amazing chemistry everyone had. Idk but I feel like having a year break and the craziness from covid elevated this contest to the next level
To be honest Eurovision is not normally this good. There were some supremely talented entries this year. Måneskin are already making a name for themselves outside the contest and gaining fans across the whole continent. It's a rare occurrence but it's because their music is THAT good and their latest album is a masterpiece, every single song.
They are gorgeous!!! 💥 The rap part of this song is my absolute favourite! Then I really like the part I think Dereck called "bridge" where the lyrics say "parla, la gente purtroppo parla, non sa di che cosa parla..." ("talk, people unfortunately talk, they don't know what they're talking about..."), because it's true that people too often talk just to give air to their mouths. This was also seen with the criticism and absurd accusations they received from France after winning Eurovision. Anyway I love this song and I love Måneskin... since they exist!!! 💯💘
There were soft ballads, empowering pop songs, killer dance tracks but I think after everything we’ve been through since the last Eurovision, I think we just needed to scream. Scream and let all the worry, anger and frustration out and this was the right song, the right performance at the right time. Add to that their talent is off the scale which obviously helps.
And they're just 20... They were Buskers in the streets of Rome and were just teenagers. I'm italian and so proud and honoured that american people like them. 💗

And what would be the connection between being wealthy and buskers? Do you think it's something that poor do to have charity? They always did this for passion, meanwhile attending school.
This was an epic performance ! The vocals, effects, costume ,stage presence,connection with the audience was off the charts! No wonder these guy's won. This was a freakin bad-ass performance! They are at the top of the charts in Europe right now. I'm glad people elsewhere besides Europe are getting their attention. This was an iconic moment on Eurovision - maybe many haven't grasped it yet, but maybe they didn't either in 1974 with Waterloo :-) This band is highest level - they don't need to hide from any of the contemporary famous bands ! We are all addicted.....
I have seen many CZcams commentators from all over the world move their heads up and down to the rhythm of bass, drums and electric guitar of this band of very young boys from Rome who started their careers as simple buskers ... The Maneskin deserve to travel the world to do live concerts!

The performance of the French singer Barbara Pravi was amazing. She finish 2d with her song Voilà at Eurovision. Her way of performing is great. I think you could love it.

Hello Derek. Listen to all the songs of his album Teatro d'Ira Volume 1, published in march. There wil be a volume 2 by the end of the hear. All the songs are exceptional. I love especially "For Your Love" and "La Paura Del Buio", but you should listen to "Lividi sui gomiti" and "In nome del padre". If you like rock ballads "20 anni" and "Coraline". Search for the lyrics in english for all the songs in italian. Lyrics are astonishing.
The top 10 of Eurovision is great - so much amaizing song my favorite was Italy, Ukraine, Finland, Switzerland, Lithuania and I like France, Azerbejan and I`m sooo happy that most of them end in top10.

This say, you just have to listen: "Aux sombres héros de l'amer", "Un homme pressé", "Le vent nous portera" for example to realize that Noir Désir is able of producing songs that are very different from each other. In addition, they didn't wait for Maneskin to have a very good career. Not to mention that at the time the internet was still a baby and social networks were almost non-existent. Is AC / DC a better band than Queen, Queen better than Rolling Stones, Rollings Stones than the Beatles, etc., etc.? Art is neither a sport nor a competition. It's an area of expression. So, It doesn't make sense to propose these kinds of comparisons. You should probably watch this years show for sure. When you live in the United States you can watch it on Peacock. They have it for free. And yeah nice that u gave a shout out to The Darkness. They are great. But I wouldn’t describe the music by Måneskin as Glam Rock. They are using more references to Arctic Monkeys with a grunge edge.
I don't know if you read comments on old videos, but because the 2021 ESC was in Rotterdam they had one host who is a famous youtuber; NikkieTutorials. She did interviews with all the contestants, called Looklab, inluding with Mãneskin & they did a bit of the slow version during that interview.
This wasn't my favourite but after watching dozens of reaction videos to this I like it more and more😉. But Switzerland was my favourite performance. Favourite song for the playlist was Belgium...

Very good rock, this group reminds me of "Noir Désir" by certain aspects of its interpretation. They deserve their first place in Eurovision.
