David Wilkerson - The Gospel of Jesus Christ | Full Sermon
"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.... For if by one man's offence death reigned by one, much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1-2, 17).
Do you remember what your life was like before you surrendered to Christ? You were an enemy of God living in blindness, a lost soul without hope. You were ungodly, guilty - and the wrath of God was "abiding on you" (see John 3:36).
How did you find forgiveness and acceptance before God? How did you enter into the blessed assurance you were saved, rejoicing in the love of Jesus Christ?
Was it because God saw something good in you? Did you possess some inherent righteousness that attracted Him to you? Did you earn His favor with obedience and kindness?
No - absolutely not! No one is ever saved by his own works or merit. Scripture says, "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags" (Isaiah 64:6).
All our sins are blotted out and we are reconciled to God by faith in the shed blood of Jesus. It is by grace alone we are saved - and not by anything we have done.
The theological definition of grace is "the unearned pardon, mercy and favor of God," Scripture says: "But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness [which is justification], and sanctification, and redemption" (1 Corinthians 1:30).
Please don't be put off by all the terms in this verse. Simply put, the goal of the gospel is redemption - and God's grace includes everything He has done for us through Christ to redeem us from the power the devil and bring us into the kingdom of his glorious light!
Justification is the cornerstone of grace. To be justified by God means to be "acquitted" - forgiven of all sin and guilt - and to be considered holy and righteous before Him.
No one is justified - that is, he cannot become holy or righteous - by his own works, obedience or faithfulness. Rather, these things are all the result of a justifying faith in the power of Christ's blood to make us acceptable in God's sight: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9).
"Even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified" (Galatians 2:16).
Here is the foundation of all faith, which every believer must fully under stand. Your entire walk with God depends on it:
You can't have peace with God if you do not know how you are made right before Him. You must be fully convinced you are clear hefore God, not by your own diligence or works, but by believing and trusting in the victory of the Cross of Jesus!
The apostle Paul did not want to be found standing before Christ in his own righteousness. Here was a good man - a Pharisee who had diligently kept all the numerous rules and regulations of the law. He paid tithes faithfully. He loved God with all his heart. He attended all the functions of the synagogue. He studied the Word of God endlessly. He loved his fellow man and went about doing good. According to the law, Paul was a perfect man.
But all that became as rubbish to Paul - he counted it all as loss - when he came into the revelation of the righteousness of Christ!
"But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.... And do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith" (Philippians 3:7-9).

Believing in Jesus Christ means way more than what most people think . It means believing the Word of GOD. Jesus was the WORD of God incarnate. That means what the word says do it or you don't believe in Jesus.

Brother Dave continually serves UP delicious, well-seasoned, meaty sermons. Leave the "candy cotton" to the toothless. I love being convicted, corrected, counseled, and then "comforted, loved, and healed, out from the hurt" @ the end. He is a good shepherd, who, faithfully and lovingly, leads the flock, which hear and heed his sound teaching of the Gospel, into the barn. His "hard" preaching is keeping me on the straight and narrow (street); that I believe, will ensure that Abba adopts & welcomes me into His everlasting, heavenly abode: my new Home. Amen.
Of course, "the worldly," hate reproof, etc. Whereas, these words are par for the course (sustenance), to "the Spirit-filled." We understand that without instruction that is "hard" on sin, we will fall away from the Faith. And the FEAR OF THE GOD is only the beginning of knowledge. It is a FATAL error to look to, and lean upon, the imperfect and misconceived dogmas of humanity, that inherently, are borne of sin.
Atheism is absurd. Has anyone ever made an oak tree without an acorn? It's basically a word to gloss over PRIDE, because an atheist covertly believes that (s)he IS God.
The A - GNOSTICS' God is knowledge. Kinda silly because they don't have any knowledge, understanding, or wisdom. They don't BELIEVE in Christ, & they do NOT fear God. So, by definition, they (& all unbelievers) are delusional to put their faith in man's cumulative knowledge.
The Hindu caste system is contrary within and by itself, and an abomination unto the Lord. It is far removed from sound Christian doctrine, JESUS IS THE TRUTH !!! You'd think that India would have collapsed by now, being a kingdom so divided. Believing on Jesus is THE ONLY WAY that anyone can be reconciled unto God the Father. Heavenly Father is the ONLY LIVING GOD. He "was," B4 there were gods. And He "is" alive for evermore.
Being GOD OVER ALL, it seems more characteristic and accurate to call Him, THE MOST HIGH.
The Most High is NOT a religion; and neither is His only begotten Son, Jesus, the Christ (= the Greek word for Messiah (Heb); and Saviour in English). "Christians" are referred to as "the people called by His Name," in the Old Testament. He hadn't been born and named, yet,. And it is by His shed blood, that the New Testament became effective. And, HE was the fulfillment of the Old Testament (= the 1st, insufficient, covenant), and satisfied our previous adjudicated death sentence. But the New Testament is a perfect, everlasting covenant of FREEDOM, for all of them, who are "IN CHRIST." The old covenant was abolished, and freed us from judgment, according to the laws of Moses.
After Jesus' death on the Cross, anyone who subjects themselves to the rules & regulations of the O.T., is denying that Jesus' death on the Cross was sufficient and accepted by God, making the END of the need for a daily sacrifice. Those people are unbelievers, and have re-condemned themselves to death.

David Wilkerson is teaching the Biblical definition of what it means to believe. If you want to belong to Jesus, then intellectual belief is not enough. You must commit your life to him from your very heart. That is the belief that Jesus taught, and that is the belief that Wilkerson is teaching.

I can truly testify to this after attending many many churches where there was no preaching of repentance and there was no conviction. I was never convicted ever. Oh there was a move of the spirit but it wasn’t the Holy Spirit. I had gotten so comfortable living sinfully that backsliding became easier. Thank God for His mercy. It’s not enough to confess and believe, yes these are scriptural however many times it’s just lip service. We show it through our actions, we must lay down our life things that would hinder our relationship with Him, if it draws away from Him it’s dangerous. The true sign of a committed Christian is they love reproof as Wilkerson says. After accepting Jesus in 1997 I’ve experienced sitting under false teachings and wandering from church to church thinking there was something wrong with me and there was, there was no conviction only feel good messages. I didn’t know enough as a new Christian what rightly dividing the word of God was about and what they ment by false teachers and false doctrine I thought it was other religions. I thought all Christian preaching must be good. I had to learn the hard way. And the sissy preaching has gotten worse over the years. I’m hopeful that God will lead me to a church that preaches the true gospel and there would be conviction until then CZcams and David Wilkersons teachings have been the life preserver for me. I now love the word of God again and I’m excited to open up my bible and I’m always expecting God to reveal His word to me and teach me more about Him every day. I don’t want to die and go to hell. I don’t want to live all eternity separated from Him. But I also don’t want to live a life of selfishness and living for myself and this world. I want to lay down everything that hinders my walk with Jesus. Though it may be difficult he will give me the strength to give it up whatever it is. David Wilkerson preaches good sound messages.

Under religion man always says look what I'm doing for you God and under grace Christ says look what I did for you man.

Like many "Christians" today, Satan believes Jesus died on the cross, but not for HIS sins. He believes Jesus has risen, but not for HIS eternal life.
Satan believes the event of the cross but never put his trust in Christ's finished work for salvation.
Salvation is not: Believing there is a God. (Satan believes that)
Salvation is not: Believing Christ was the Messiah. (Satan believes that)
Salvation is not even... Believing Christ died, was buried and rose the third day. (Satan believes that also)
Salvation is: Believing Christ died for YOUR EVERY SIN and trusting that He rose to give you eternal life IN HIM!
Something Satan and most Christians want no part of because of their PRIDE!
If denominationalists truly believed Christ forgave their sins, they wouldn't spend so much time trying to GET them forgiven.
One tells you to pray for forgiveness.
One tells you to confess for forgiveness.
One tells you to believe for forgiveness.
One tells you to repent for forgiveness.
One tells you to be baptized for forgiveness.
And keep in mind, all of these folk with a straight face will tell you Christ DIED for your sins. Welcome to Nutsville!!! I think Dorothy got lost on the yellow brick road.
Today I unapologetically proclaim that there is only one way to be saved, and it has nothing to do with getting your sins forgiven. Salvations through FAITH. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Without faith it is impossible to please God.
Salvation comes to those who are ready to give up on THEIR performance and rest their faith in JESUS' performance.
The path to salvation is narrow. SO narrow that nothing you do will fit.
Satan will never be saved for the same reason he was kicked out of heaven. P-R-I-D-E. (Isaiah 14:12-14)
Read carefully and count how many times he says "I".
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
      Satan is obviously a Narcissist!
Like a vain person in front of the mirror, five times in only three verses he boasts of himself. Pride keeps Satan from being saved as it does most of the world. They have fallen victim to SELFIANITY and are incapable of letting go and letting God. Incapable of taking their filthy hands off their salvation and allowing God to save them by HIS finished work!
If you say --- "I said a prayer for forgiveness." "I confessed for forgiveness." "I believed for forgiveness." "I repented for forgiveness." "I was baptized for forgiveness."
Then sadly you have fallen for the five I's just like Satan.
Salvation is not getting your sins forgiven, it's believing they already ARE!
To be saved, you must first get "I" out of the way.
You only get two educations, the one you're given and the one you give yourself!

Here is a list of statements that a legalist might say or think.
      1. God's love for me depends on what I do.
      2. Meeting the expectations of others, especially those in my congregation or in positions of authority, is very important.
      3. I try hard to obey God and it irritates me that others think they can get away with avoiding the same level of dedication.
      4. My main goal in life is to try to gain God's favor by doing things that will impress him.
      5. My sense of spiritual well-being is linked to a Christian leader or membership in my church rather than a personal relationship with God.
      6. I tell my children not to do something in church or around other Christian families that I allow in my home.
      7. I believe my way is the best way and that most other Christians may be sincere, but are sincerely wrong.
      8. I sometimes worry that people might take advantage of grace if it's preached too much - people might think they can do anything they want.
      9. After being around Christians for a while I feel drained - weary of putting up a false front.
      10. It’s not possible that someone with lower standards than me could love God as much as me.

Obedience to God Jesus is not a requirement for salvation! John3:15-18
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
No where in the King James Version does Jesus gives us requirements to be SAVED!!! Only to BELIEVE!!! IN JESUS CHRIST!!!

      +draftplus Biblically states:
What Does “Whosoever shall save his life shall lose it” mean?
Question: I don't understand what is meant in Matthew 16:25 which says:
“For whosoever shall save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.”
Answer: it is speaking of our faithfulness to the Lord, not our SALVATION. The Lord Jesus is showing that, if a Christian lives his life only for himself and not for the Lord, it will be a totally wasted life. Now, verse 25,
“For whosoever will save his life (i.e., live only for his own pleasure) shall lose it.”
He will lose all the blessings, happiness, eternal rewards, etc. which he could have had from serving the Lord. Preachers that preach Lordship salvation confuse their congregation , with conditional salvation Jesus died for the remission of our sins , past , present , and future .. I'm Christian, I fail Jesus in my FLESH daily , it's a battle between the spirit and my flesh daily .. Hope this helps..

I know they are forcing the mark on people who are clearly saying no I don't recieve the mark, I don't want it and I belong to Jesus. No matter what you see, hear, feel or think...keep saying no I don't recieve it in Jesus name, trust in the Lord with all your heart....lean not unto your own understanding, acknowledge the Lord in all your ways and He will direct your paths...the name of Jesus is bigger, the blood of Jesus more powerful, He is the king of kings and the Lord of Lords and even the beast is under His feet...His kingdom is the only kingdom that cannot be shaken ...Jesus is Victorious! And I still say no, I will Not recieve the mark, I will not worship the image I will not deny my one true Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If the Bible weren't true then why would there be a mark as in revelations? seek the Lord while he may be found... repent for what put us in this fake virtual mess of an abomination world and call on the Lord before it's too late...blessings

One of the 6 doctrine of Christ (Heb.6) is the Doctrine of Baptisms (plural). There are 7 baptisms in the New testament. Repentance, Water, Holy Spirit, Fire, Suffering, Body, Cloud. Water Baptism does not save us. When one understands the baptisms you understand more about the WORD OF GOD. When Peter said to the 3,000 at Pentecost, REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED, that was not water baptism, but INTO THE NAME OF JESUS, to be immersed in the WORD OF GOD. Selah

    The Gospel of Grace
    The Gospel for EVERYBODY TODAY
    1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV
    15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
    3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
    Galatians 1:11-12
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Saved by the Blood of Jesus Christ
    Romans 3:23-25 KJV
    23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
    25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
    We’re Not Under the Law
    Galatians 3:23-25 KJV
23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
    Ephesians 1:13-14 KJV
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
    Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
    Titus 3:5 KJV
    5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
    6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
When you believe in you heart on the Blood of Jesus Christ (The Finished Works) you are saved brothers and sisters for all of eternity (Eternal Security is Yours)
    Romans 8:38-39 KJV
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Nothing can ever take you away from our
Lord when you believe in your heart. NOTHING
    NOT YOUR FUTURE PRIDE
    NOT YOUR PRESENT LUST
    NOT YOUR FUTURE LUST
    NOTHING MEANS NOTHING
Thank you Jesus Christ for this promise you gave me and all who believe, I’m so blessed Lord.
I pray this helps You or Someone Else get a little closer to Jesus and get clarity on what it takes to be Saved by Faith in the finished works of Christ
    God Bless

Religion is always dealing with you and what you're doing and what you're not doing,
anytime you're sitting around thinking what should I be doing you're under religion,
the grace of God is dealing what Christ did.
Under religion man always says look what I'm doing for you God and under grace Christ says look what I did for you man.
Under religion man says look how I went to church under the grace of God Jesus said look how I went to Calvary.
Under religion man says look at how I was raised in my denomination and under grace Christ says look how I was raised from the dead.
Under religion man says look at how I gave my money and under grace Jesus says look at how I gave my life.

Under religion man says look God at how I stood up against sin and under the grace of God Jesus says look man at how I died for your sins.
Under religion man says look God at how I judged the lost world and under grace Jesus says look man at how I saved the lost world.
Under religion man says look God at how I got up and marched against these evildoers and under grace Jesus says look man how I suffered and died for evildoers.
Under religion man says look God at how I bow down to you and under grace Jesus says look man and how I became one of you.
Under religion man says look God at how I healed the sick and under grace Jesus says look man how I raised the dead.
Under religion man says look God at how I spoke in tongues and under grace Jesus says look man at how I spoke in life.
Under religion man says look God at how successful my life was and under grace Jesus says looked me at how successful my death was.
Religions my friends is always man trying to reach up to God with self effort to be accepted by God.
Through classic Christianity was God reaching down to man through Jesus with love and acceptance and that's why Paul said we preach Christ and Christ crucified a stumbling block to the Jews foolishness to the Gentiles but to those whom God has called both Jews and Gentile Christ the power of God and wisdom.
    Source ''Truth Time Radio''.
Source ''Truth Time Radio'' for solid teaching/rightly dividing the word of truth - also here on youtube - learn the truth and unlearn the lies!

HIS blood, HIS sacrafice, HIS righteousness NOT OURS. "Are ye SO FOOLISH? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?" (Gal 3:3) You people think your repenting of your sins makes you acceptable in God's eyes? You think your own righteousness is good enough? "For there is not a just man upon the earth. that doeth good, and sinneth not." (Ecc 7:20). You DO NOT twist the scriptures into thinking that Jesus words are talking about you performing your own righteousness. HIS sacrifice makes us just in God's eyes. "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name." (John 1:12) " That WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so lived the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:15-16) "He that BELIEVETH of the SON HATH everlasting life: and he that BELIEVETH NOT the SON shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." (John 3:36) "And they said, BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED, and thy house (Acts 16:31) "But to him that WORKETH NOT, but BELIEVETH on Him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS FAITH IS COUNTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS." (Rom 4:5) Preachers like these are self-righteous Pharisees that being ignorant of God's righteousness go about to establish their own righteousness. "And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth SHALL BE EVIL SPOKEN OF." We are saved by FAITH ALONE in HIS sacrifice on the cross and HIS resurrection, our own corrupted and filthy works are CURSED in God's eyes, they are not good enough and have no part in our salvation, CHRIST ALONE SAVES US.

Learn about God by reading His Word and gauge your reaction, not your feelings, but whether you admire the God you learn about and whether you want to want to love Him and obey, even though you don’t want to.
Is He worthy of your love, even if you don’t feel love?
Pray and ask Him HIM to search your heart and reveal your heart to you, whether you love Him or hate Him. There is no in between Love and hatred may be difficult to detect, but one of them is in your heart toward Him. Learn who He is. His attributes. What promises does He make and has he kept? What is His character? What motivates Him? Start in Romans.

Did I hear right, or is David Wilkerson teaching that just believing on Jesus Christ is not enough to be saved? If so, he was wrong! John 3:16 refutes anyone who teaches that believing is not enough!
Acts 16:31 is clear on salvation! "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."
David Wilkerson confuses salvation with discipleship. Salvation happens instantly by faith in Christ. Taking up the cross and following Jesus Christ is discipleship and it has nothing to do with salvation. This is works! no where does the Bible teach that one must take up the cross and follow Jesus Christ to be saved. It said BELIEVE ON JESUS CHRIST and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. - Acts 16:31

This is true , However , Jesus said to His disciples "Whoever comes after me must deny themselves take up their cross and follow me" this is not. As you stated . A means to salvation , but the proof of one no longer loving for hem selves or to themselves but to God (Romans 6:1-7) now , Paul writes by the Spirit of God , to crucify yourself (your flesh) and do not fulfill the lust there in. Romans 6 tells us , that those who have died , have ceased from sin, not that they are perfect but they know what it means "faith without works is dead" if I just claim to have faith in Christ but not action to which my confession implies to , what evidence do you have that I am a true follower of Jesus Christ?
Just some thoughts, please know I am not against you brother , Jesus is the only way the truth and the life . It is only by Him that we may obtain eternal life , for His Name and His amen alone do we live. Love you May God Bless you.

      Mario Guerra
Blessings and peace to you brother.
I understand quite what you're saying, but notice carefully James' words, "...shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works" (James 2:18). With God we are justified by FAITH; BUT with men we are justified by WORKS. The reason is simply because mankind cannot see out heart; but God can. We read in 1st Samuel 16:7, *"...for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart."*
God does not need to see our works in order for Him to know that we are His, but men certainly do.
This is why the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 5:16
*"Let your light so shine BEFORE men, that they may SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS, and glorify your Father which is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16).
So you see, if men do not see our good works as believers, they may not believe our profession of faith in Christ and glorify our Father which is in heaven. But the Bible is clear, that faith is what justifies us in the sight of God, whether we have works or no works.
Galatians 3:11-12 *But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.*
Galatians 2:16 *Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.*
James is simply saying that if a person is genuinely saved by faith, then there should be some FRUIT (good works) in that person's life to show it. BUT, James was not teaching that works are necessary to be saved--they aren't. Abraham was saved by faith alone. Titus 3:5 clearly states, *"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us..."*
Please understand that I am not saying a Christian should live in disobedience to God, I am just trying to clarify that works have absolutely nothing to do with us getting into heaven, only by the righteous works of Jesus Christ on the cross can we ever hope to get to heaven. It's by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone that justifies us in the sight of God.
We should do good works as Christians not to be saved, or to stay saved, but because we are saved, and if a person loves God they won't want to grieve Him.
Also the Bible teaches that God will chasten us when we sin, so we will not be condemned with the world. :)
Blessings in Jesus name to you once again brother.

ironic for a title called "the gospel of Jesus Christ" I didn't hear the full Gospel. And I'm not sure what I did hear was correct. I love David, but he's gone now so I can't pray for him any way. But I hope he believed the true gospel. not of works, but of grace freely given by belief in Jesus' payment for our sins,
his righteous perfect life credited to us, and his resurrection from the dead. this is the full gospel. David didn't mention what he means by repentance,
but I'm afraid he means what I've heard so many think...that it means to "turn from your sins." repent in the new testament as I understand it, is metanoia in the greek...a change of mind. a change of mind from not believing Christ for your redemption to believing it.
A change of mind to believing Christ is God. A change of mind from unbelief to belief. This is repentance that saves.

ç»Žçżćź‰ faith without works is dead. We preach Christ crucified. We bear the sufferings. Yes grace but grace is part of the new covenant. The new covenant can only be HONORED. You honor it by living holy. You live holy by submitting all to Jesus. ALL. Your pornography your drugs your struggles your hidden sins your smiting your gossip your life your soul.
      Bible:
“Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.”

That is what Jesus preach. That is the gospel. And that is what this dear brother spent his life teaching.
Be careful sewing discord. Instead make sure YOU are working to tell the gospel to the lost. Make sure you are forgiving. You believe grace grace grace? No my friend. Grace is freely given to those who come to the Lord in child like faith. That means believe in The Lord no matter what. Jesus didn’t come to erase the law but fulfill it. What law? The law of GOD.
Be taught. Be humble. Learn to deny yourself.

David Wilkerson said that faith alone in Christ alone is not enough to be saved, that is false. Luke 9:23 is dealing with discipleship, not salvation (read the context brethren). If Luke 9:23 was teaching salvation, it would violate (Acts 16:30-31, John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9, 1:12-13, Romans 3:22, 24:26, 4:5-6). It's not going to say we are saved by faith alone in Christ alone in some verses and say in another verse we are saved by faith-works. That would contradict God's word. God made salvation plain and simple for unbelievers to be saved, He doesn't add any other condition to salvation, just faith alone in the gospel and His Son Jesus Christ for salvation (Acts 16:30-31, Ephesians 1:12-13, Romans 3:24-26, I Corinthians 15:3-4). Discipleship is a separate issue that comes after salvation. Salvation deals with where a lost person will spend eternity after this life, not how they are going to live (that's discipleship). salvation and discipleship must be kept separately and not mixed in. You cannot mix grace and works otherwise it would violate (Romans 11:6), it is either grace or works. In every dispensation salvation has always been by grace through faith. Some of you guys want to redefine what faith means. Faith is putting your complete trust in the object that you are fully persuaded. If a believer is carnal, it means that he is walking in the flesh by his own freewill. Paul said that believer's have freewill to bear fruit or walk in carnality (Romans 6:16). David Wilkerson ignores the freewill of every believer. In fact the Corinthians were clinging on to sin (II Corinthians 12:19-21), yet Paul says they were saved (I Corinthians 1:2, 3:1-3, 5:5). Lot did not live a changed life yet he is called "righteous and just" because he was saved (II Peter 2:7-8), even though he committed incest with his daughters (Genesis 19:30-38). David Wilkerson preached a false gospel of works.

Yea, I'm trying to be careful to accuse this guy, because I've heard him speak both faith alone and faith + works. I do believe its faith alone. Repentance is a change of mind. Yes, unbelievers should understand the consequence that sin has on somebody if they choose to reject Jesus Christ and the gospel. I'm not joking, look up David Wilkerson and type faith alone next to his name, you will see what I'm talking about. Which is why I'm confused about David Wilkerson, but I'm also weary of the channels that are uploading them. Remember some of these videos are just peddling a particular agenda, so while I think David probably did have a false gospel, I'm hesitant because it seems people could just be trying to destroy his message as well. However, from this video, I would have to agree. He does have a false gospel.

It's too bad people don't accept what Jesus, the creator of the
heavens and earth, said as he was ascending into heaven. Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
    Mar 16:16
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that
believeth not shall be damned. But, they don't. they preach a corrupt
doctrine that was invented by Satan. James said "faith without works is
    dead". Paul wrote: 2Co 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every
one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath
done, whether it be good or bad. These people think that the word faith
has only one meaning. Well, were these people saved? Joh 12:42
Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but
because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be
put out of the synagogue: Joh 12:43
For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. The
question is "what kind of faith saves us"? A dead faith or one that is
of obedience to God? 1Pe 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when
once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark
was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1Pe 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: Was Peter a liar? Did the Holy Spirit make a mistake here? Don't tell me it's not taking a bath, Peter said that, but he said "baptism now saves us" You say that is not so. Who should I believe? Sir, the book of Romans was written to those who were already Christians. Read the first few verses. Read Chapter 6. He reminded them how they got "into Christ". Please study your bible.
