Thanks for the tutorial. In the tutorial you talk about whipping the cream extra to get buttercream like texture. Won't over whipping the cream make it loose the texture?

Hello ma'am...it is one colour tier cake so easily apply whipped cream but when we use 2 colours for the tier. Shall we use the same method for staking?
