I've been looking for a video that a normal person can do for the last 30 minutes and this is the only video that was it. I believe most videos are full of people who lifts extremely heavy or advanced techniques, while pretending to teach us a routine lol. thank you for being here, I will use this video as a guide next time

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I used to train with a trainer in a small private gym for a year and a half. I really started gaining confidence in myself and in the gym, but then CoVID shut everything down. Somehow I developed an INSANE amount of anxiety, especially social anxiety. I feel like everyone is watching me, and I’m doing everything wrong (when in reality I’m sure no one cares lol). So I just stopped going to the gym because I was too shy. I happened to CZcams “beginner workouts for anxiety”, and I was surprised that people out here have videos to help us struggling with anxiety or shyness! 😭😭 thank you! This I can do! One day I’ll be able to jump back into the squat bar area again lol🥹

Revelation 3:15-18 explains that we can’t be cold and hot at the same time which is being a lukewarm. In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

I had an online fitness coach and one of my exercises was hip thrusts and for the first 2 weeks I wouldn’t do them and I started doing them and then one day I was next to this really fit girl and she had them as her exercise at the same time as I did and I think I was doing them wrong the whole time from seeing her I felt super embarrassed and stopped doing them. I stopped going to the gym completely honestly and gained all 10 of those pounds back lol
