This is the most ridiculous ending ever. Riverdale was absolutely amazing for the first few seasons, but when Betty and Jughead split, I hated it. I hate what this show became. It’s so confusing in the last few seasons, and makes absolutely no sense.
Agreed I stopped watching when it started to become a musical, the first few seasons were the best tbh
Bro your so right , me and the boyz started this as a joke, got so invested , it was so interesting , murder mysteries, father being murderer, gangs, family troubles, it was so interesting to watch , it all started goin down hill after superpowers got in!😢....season 6 spoiled it😂

When season 7 was announced out on Netflix I binge watched the whole season and I’m not gonna lie I cried at the final episode the final episode is a very sad ending but also happy ending because everyone reunited at pops diner after their deaths and they were all just waiting for Betty but it was also beautiful and sad. That’s how life works
Also If they were ever to do a spinoff they should either do, the Cooper’s or Jughead
I totally agree! I personally was not fond of season 6 or 7 but I was very emotional because it finally came to an end.
Yes and there were so many unresolved problems like how Josie’s dad died and what happens to the pussycats I honestly wish that they all went back to present time instead of staying back in 1955

Honestly if they were gonna end this show like this, they could have atleast made sure Betty and Jughead ended up together. :(
So I watched Riverdale when it was kind of mysterious murder mystery detective thing, Betty was with Jughead and everything was happening in small town high school atmosphere.
Now looking at the finale I am just sure that for me it'll be like all this bullshit which has come after just never existed.
I'll imagine a proper future for Jug and Betty and be done with it.

I think they ruined Riverdale’s storylines completely. Most fans I know were happy finally seeing Archie and Betty together, then they don’t have a story at all? Went through everything over all the season to abruptly end it without any conclusion on resolve. It was negatively represented in my opinion and that was the main thing I took away from it.
I would prefer a Tabitha spinoff, based off the guardian angel. Mainly because her story isn't over.
Guys do not worry has i am writting this comment right now i am at the same time writting a complaint email to cw enterprise to ask them to make a better season 7 with a better story and a better ending where Jughead and Betty will together but no time travel .

I think I could skip a Jughead spinoff i do hope some variation of the cast are in other projects together , mostly the girls. I think Cole is already going to have a bit of a hard time to move past Jughead although hard to tell as Riverdale certainly made him more known as an individual than a twin but it kind of seems like he will forever be Cody and Jughead and that could make it hard for other roles. And some of his other roles are actually good like 5 feet apart

It went to a mystery show witch was so good to a supernatural type show it made no sense and should of stopped long ago they ruined a good thing what was the other show that came out when this did? Netflix put thing out witch one to keep going they will stop one ohh Sabrina the witch that one they should of kept that going instead more ways to play with the show then this one or kept this one but kept having killers not turn it into this state I think witch show was cut to soon and this one dragged out far to long ppl always ruin a good thing they ruin movies when they make a part two most of the time tv shows when there saposed to end they add more sometimes it works out but most times it’s like this a state the show 💯 makes no sense after highschool it went down hill collage season wasn’t to bad but they should of ended it there for good bc after it I couldn’t watch they went to another world or something eveything was so damn off I couldn’t do it
