ICED TEA RECIPE:
Your choice of tea bag (I used Berry) - make a small cup (espresso size) of tea & let brew - Add any sweetener if desired - I added my tasteless Collagen Powder (linked above) - Take a large glass add ice & then water - Add a slice of lime & lemon & or Mint leaves - pour in your brewed cup of tea! STUNNING!

I strip gold with the toilet cleaner, ha ha! I’m exactly the same. I’ve been wearing socks and my Soho dressing gown it’s been freezing, but it’s brightened up today and it’s the summer solstice today and so happy summer solstice may it long continue ☀️
Susy i would not waste your money on whitening toothpastes , i was told by a friend whos a dentil hygienist they dont work . Ive tried loads and none worked. Great vlog was nice to sit down and chill watch you 😊 ❤
Is there any toothpaste on the market that the dental hygienist would recommend?
I was told the toothpaste does not work only the dentist can whiten your teeth and we know how much that costs.Also drinking coffee and red wine can stain your teeth so to brush after.
Hello yeah I have actually heard that as well and have used so many over the years and I agree none of them really work however the Colgate Max white it’s around £24 from boots but sometimes it’s on offer elsewhere that really works I promise! 🤩
