I think it's more that Hibiki knows his sister is Pink Keeper, but didn't have time to fully explain everything to D. Which is why he left information about everything on that computer but D broke it, because he doesn't know what computers are.
I remember in Power Rangers Turbo the Blue Ranger was a Kid but when he Morphed he became adult sized. So my theory is that the Pink Keeper IS paralyzed but when she is "Morphed" her Keeper Powers allow her to walk.

No Hibiki knows his sister is pink keeper, in the manga he told D that he "might run into a dragon keeper earlier than he might expect" but they cut that part out for some reason
People were too quick to assume last episode skipped too much content, they actually put some of that in this episode (Suzukiri talking to pink ranger, Hibiki mentioning blue ranger saved him and his sister). Manga readers need to stop reporting everything as an incident until later episodes show the same problem

For me an anime watcher only, just give me enjoyment to see things from anime only, I can get to any cut content on my own.
Cause sometimes some people borderline spoiling things thatight get changed in an anime.
Like for example maybe they give the info later, or late, in the end, for spoiling any cut content, it's better to told until the series season ended.
It’s a holdover from when animes drastically change the direction they go from the source material. Somewhere between ‘it was fine as is’ and “well this turned into a shitshow that’s unlikely to ever course-correct,” source readers get paranoid when something deviates a particular amount.
If it makes sense/flows better, that’s one thing, but as often as not, it’s (allegedly) executive meddling and done poorly.
This arc is going to be pretty lengthy. The last episode’s fight wasn’t really too important in the grand scheme of things so it made sense they had to cut most of it
They shouldn't cut anything. Just make a longer season.

I dunno, I think that female Duster just felt that way on that scene because that "Hibiki" was (at that point unbeknownst to her) a male Duster. It seemed like an uncharacteristic occurrence for actual Hibiki, and it makes sense that she wouldn't feel naturally attracted to a different species.
FYI, Pink Keeper's voice actress actually played 2 Super Sentai characters; Gokai Yellow from Gokaiger and Washi Pink (voice only because the character is an android) from Kyuranger

She has a dragon keeper weapon which us like leg armor of some sort and it appears when she suits up.
In this episode they cut a scene from the manga right before she met D which showed that her second in command has to catch her to put her on the wheelchair when she removes the suit, so I think it's fair to say that the suit is what's giving her the ability to walk.

As a non manga reader im pretty sure Hibiki knows his sister his the pink ranger. I also don't think she's pretending to be in a wheelchair, remember she got her lower half crushed when they were attacked by the monster that killed her parents, i think she can only walk when she transforms into Pink Ranger.

I think her paralysis is real. I suppose just as they said that the divine weapons allows them to transform and give them enhanced abilities, Pink’s weapon also helps her overcome that paralysis while transformed.
Now that the prologue is over, the main cast has joined and there are quite a few notable VAs (AoT’s Krista as Angel, Demon Slayer’s Nezuko as Angelica, JoJo P4’s Josuke as Shion, and etc. 9:06 - In the manga, it seemed like that, but the anime made it to show that she lacks her motor controls and that it was an accident. 11:01 - Especially with D being more assertive in the anime (Sesera tried to intimidate him with the knife to quit, but she hesitated in the manga.) 12:49 - In episode 3, they mention that the Divine Artifacts let them transform and grants them divine power, so it makes sense that the suit buffs her (classic for Sentai/Rangers to get buffed by a henshin, but are normal humans without it.) Her legs also got crushed by concrete (?) as a kid, so I doubt that’s something she could get better from normally.

During the Ejecutive atak in the church, the Animation shows that Hibiki's Sister got her spine damaged by the Debris, so she is bound to a wheel chair, and like many people who has to use a Wheelchair to move, can "walk", a few steps, and obviously, the Keeper Suit grant you super human powers, so she can fight, and D recognize her as Pink Keeper Inmediatly, because has fought her many times, you don't even have to read the manga, it's all in the animation, the Animators are doing a great effor to give all the info neccesary whitout having to make a monkey expose everything, you just have to watch and pay attention.
