Moon as 12th lord in 5th then
Only emphasised on 12th house lord position. My twelve house lord ( Mercury) is exalted, positioned in tricone with the Sun ( budhadittya Yog), own house - but managed to go abroad a few times only for very short visit for presenting papers in conference etc but maximum stay at a time was one month. Forget settlement. Rahu ketu position so so. 12 th house lord position is not be all and end all. There are other aspects not properly considered or dealt with.
you're right. placement of lagnesh, Jupiter and 4th lord is also important :) . my 12th lord mercury is exalted in 12th house. I lived in europe for 7 years. right now i'm back in india. my current antardasha brought me back to india. so dashas also matter a lot!
