This is one of the nicest houses that I have seen whether it is owned by a foreigner or local. The oceanfront does it for me. Wow.
78 M2, and the marine sanctuary for snorkeling/diving….I’d never leave the place!
Those time shares are brutal..... Especially when 17,000 people are showing up
17000 peeps / 52 weeks = 327 visitors a week
327 peeps / 10 years = 33 visitors a week
I think 20 years is a stretch so there will need to be 33 visitors staying a week but the place is huge.
You will have to set up bunk beds if not barracks to accommodate the weekly traffic.
I guess there will be 2 movie showings a day.
Bracketed Billiards tournament weekly.
Piano concert weekly + piano bar nightly.
Weekly going away Pool Party.
You will have to buy the property next door to house a full time staff for cooking and cleaning which will entail another fundraiser. ....

I think you missed the part where I said everyone is allowed “up to the guard gate😂” unless they contribute more
If you turn on the big ass ceiling fan, the entire property, including the koi pond, rises up to 1000 meters above sea level, giving you a beautiful and unique view as far as Texas and the East Coast.

Thanks as always for watching Ted! Yes, I just wait it out. Sometimes I will do calls for less than I paid, and cross my fingers. The best way to do it is, cash secured puts…anywhere from 3-5 out of the money. Then, hopefully it never drops that far so don’t get assigned the stock. If you can get 1.7% on your money each week…that’s 88.4% annualized. That’s WITHOUT reinvesting that money. You can easily double your money every year by reinvesting your weekly premiums, and potentially without buying a single share of stock 😉 That’s what I am doing right now. I don’t own a whole lot of stock. I’m doing PUTs and if I do get assigned, then I do covered calls the next week at the EXACT price I got assigned. It pays a good premium, and increases my chances of selling the next week, so I can get back to doing PUTs. The market is going to be “iffy” until probably September. I’d rather have the cash than stock until then. Hopefully the FED will announce interest rate cuts in September. That’s when the market will turn BULLISH, and I won’t mind holding stocks and doing calls
8,000 square feet with only 3 bedrooms? I did see a home in Beverly Hills that was 10 to 15 thousand square feet with only one bedroom 😮
They didn’t want a lot of visitors. The girls’ bedroom was originally very small because they didn’t want guests to be “too comfortable”

You could move into the house, Kevin, but the monthly costs to maintain it is more than you make I bet. It looks great and I'll put it in my "If I Win the Lottery Jackpot" pile. I guess it doesn't have a groundskeeper/housemaid gatehouse or something like that? Something for on site staff. Or a sari sari store down the road? You would be fairly isolated from things like that. The river/moat and the Koi pond, do they have circulation systems to prevent mosquito breeding?

Yeah but that means living in Forbes Park which is like living in a penitentiary. Last time I visited there the host got assassinated a month later.

Awesome home!....It sounds super expensive @ $3.5M US....but in a city like Miami, this would be 5X that given the size and views....I think you mentioned the owner was going to build an apartment...crazy that they put so much into making this house exactly what they wanted only to just pull up stakes and move....WOW!...crazy!....

A Chinese group has approached him. All of the land 2 the left of the drive in is for sale. Combined they would have more than 2 hectares. They would build apartments or condos and turn the house into a clubhouse

Do you have the contact info to the homeowner? Just curious as if they currently rent out a portion or any of the property in the meantime before the sale.
Although they have multiple homes, that is their main residence at the moment. It’s only 3 BR

16:20 Based upon the exchange rate a 3.7 million dollar (in Philippine dollars) house can he either quite to either times three or a times 5 based upon the product or the service or the individual item that you're looking to purchase or buy call it what you be.
An example buying a bottle of Coke in the US it probably cost you from a $1.89 to maybe $229 for a 12 oz bottle of Coke. So at the high end based upon that same three to one to five to one ratio You're talking on a high-end but a 45-46 cent bottle of Coke in the Philippines again same 12 oz.
Now if I use that same formula for this 3.7 + million dollar house based upon your clients property that "You're" portraying. I'm not even going to go the math it's 18:39 just'a bit off - not trying to embarrass your assessment.. if you want to call it that. I understand all you're trying to do is display what the client or the homeowner would like to receive or being compensated by but.
And my man $300,000 for a fake replica car....
