I worked at a vet for 27 years, We did these surgeries all the time. There are different stones so they will most likely test them, but you can sometimes tell by seeing them. We had one old poodle that her entire bladder was taken up by stones that were several triangular pieces that fit together in the exact shape of her entire bladder! She could hold no urine, and the elderly people never brought her in, but a rescue did. We did the surgery, she was 13 and she lived 5 more years after surgery!🥰

Congratulations on the new grandson! For shrimp and crawfish contact the Louisiana Crawfish Company. You can get all the seasonings and more. Shipped right to your house. We used them for a crawfish boil for our family and friends when we were in NC. We want to do it here in PA this fall.

My dog had bladder issues. We switched her to a grain free, soy free, glutten free, corn free, poultry free food. She also can only drink filtered water. Every few days I open a cranberry pill with vitamin c to sprinkle on her food.
I need a van opener like that!
I would say check online for Joe Patti Seafood in Pensacola, Fl. I grew up eating seafood from there and they are the best. I believe they ship too, or they use too before the pandemic. We use Butcher box. It’s based out of Florida but all the seafood is from Alaska. It gets shipped to your door frozen with dried ice and all the meat there is amazing!

Congrats on the new grand baby! I hope your puppy can get the help she needs. Sadly on the 31st we had to put our dog of 11 years down. His kidney was giving out we didn’t want to see him suffer anymore.

I totally relate my husband makes FTB shrimp. “ fresh tomato basil “ and he seasons with “ old bay seasoning” It’s delicious and we add goat cheese on top of the cooling dish. So good. I’m keto so I get the avoidance of pasta. I’m. Finding cabbage a good alternative for pasta. I slice it into strips. 😃. Good luck to your family and the new baby.
Praying for the pup!! Our Fiona had a large tumor removed last year when she was 12. Surgery was a few arms and legs but she is good as new now 😊 worth every penny ❤️
Our little dog had tons bladder stones and was diagnosed when she was about 3 years old. Our vet did a course of meds and put her on a prescription special diet from Royal Canin. We were able to avoid surgery with the diet and the stones resolved. We did continue the special diet since. Now she is 13 and we have had no recurrence of the stones. Praying for you pup and a speedy recovery.

My dachshund just passed away in May , 3 weeks shy of her 22nd birthday...They are so long lived.
Your baby will reward you with many more years of love and cuddles. The surgery is well worth it.
