Tabuaeran Kiribati Perfect Wave and Lagoon Picnic - 4K VLOG 194

The surf has arrived at the channel on Fanning Island. I freak out as hundreds of dolphins swarm the waters behind the perfect barreling wave here on the magical island of Tabuaeran. To this day I have an image engrained in my head of paddling out to the break solo staring into the heart of these smooth breaking beauties. The next day Bruno and family take me out on their Hobie cat across the lagoon to the worlds most beautiful picnic spot. We hunt for clams and enjoy a delicious lunch with one of the lucky fly fishing guests. Construction then continues on my surf camp as we build another local house alongside the beach and break. Good times in paradise!
